Nice and alert staff. Pity they don't care of the apartment in the same manner.

Awesome awesome location. Close to flagey square, close to the bus.

The ceiling started leaking. The stairs to climb with your suitcase is insane.

The space was excellent, living room, bedroom and kitchen and bathroom. In a good location and good bus service to the centre of Brussels.

Need to be careful of the beams in the apartment as we hit our heads a few times especially in the bathroom.

It was very clean, top floor apartment with a nice view and furnished with basic kitchen and cleaning supplies, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner and even a hair dryer. I really like the plan with the open loft, you just have to watch your head in some places! The agents were very responsive and attentive. They even left detergent in the washer and dryer! I would recommend this place. I think it's the best there is for the money.

We waited in the cold for the agent and the agent didn't come so we had to walk to the end of the street and wait in a bar. It's the Irish Pub, it's a good bar so it really wasn't a big deal. And the people with the apartment made everything right with us, so we were happy, that's the worst we can say. Other than that the washer/dryer wasn't working and we did not receive a response from the agent for that issue.

The location is very good.

Did not find a fully equipped kitchen.The electric hob looks like museum exhibit. Furniture and floor are in a bad conditions.

Courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Tv and dvd player. Low price and excellent ratio quality/price. Apartment clean and in good conditions.

Water closet in a small room and not in the bathroom. On the stairs one needs to pay attention, since they are very ripid.

Excellent Location Spacious, value for money

The staff we dealt with throughout were really friendly and efficient. We arrived at the flat and that second were ushered in by a really friendly Finnish courier who delivered the keys. The flat had loads of space and lovely wood stair cases all the way up. We had nice views especially out the lesbroussart street side. The flat had ikea kitchens but with all mod cons. The location is fantastic near flagey great bars, Ixelles and town.

The external stair banisters is rickety so we didn't use it. The jagged nails need to be sorted out. Even though it is beautiful wood, it really is a death trap waiting for accidents.

The apartment was a good size with a living/dining room, bedroom, large bathroom, kitchen and mezzanine with an extra double bed. The furniture was nice and everything was very clean. There was even a hairdryer and washing machine in the bathroom.

The heating and hot water didn't work, so the first morning I had to start up the gas boiler myself which took a good few minutes. While I was taking a bath the boiler started dripping water all over the bathroom which meant I needed to mop the floor. So I didn't exactly have a relaxing start to the day... I called to let them know and they promised it would be fixed. When I arrived back in the evening the heating was again not working... That night my neighbour decided to invite all his friends over at 3:30 am and they spent 15 minutes shouting at each other in the hallway, so I woke up exhausted the next day and had to again mop the floor after getting the heating working... In general the apartment needs to have some repair work - lights were not working and the mirror in the bathroom was badly cracked. I wouldn't be keen on staying again, even though the price would be very good if everything was in order.

Le quartier animé, à deux pas de la meilleure "friterie" de Bruxelles, la proximité des lignes de tramway, la sobriété de la décoration (tout Ikéa !)

Tout est "cheap" : l'accueil en retard par une femme de ménage qui parle mal le français, le ménage "vite fait-mal fait", équipement de la cuisine plus que sommaire (il manque des bols, des plats, une poubelle …), des spots qui ne fonctionnent pas y compris dans la salle de bain au dessus du lavabo, etc… et même pas de facture en retour du paiement en liquide donné à la femme de ménage !!!! Des voisins bruyants qui vont qui viennent… Tout ça n'est pas très sérieux, dommage, le potentiel est là.

Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat jeden Komfort den man sich nur wünschen kann. Ich habe mich vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl gefühlt und kann einen Aufenthalt unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Lage ist Perfekt und dass Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles lief super, sodass ich das Apartment für meinen nächsten Brüssel Aufenthalt im Sommer gleich direkt noch einmal gebucht habe.

La proximité des transports. Le lit en 160 dans la première chambre très confortable. La superficie de l'appartement.

Les lits superposés de la deuxième chambre qui grincent au moindre mouvement et la porte de cette même chambre qui ne ferme pas. Le manque de chauffage (mi avril, il faisait encore froid à Bruxelles). Pas suffisamment de couverts dans la cuisine (ex. 2 petites cuillères pour 4 personnes...)

Appart sympa , peut être à éviter juillet août , les nombreux velux sans stores laissent rentrer la chaleur équipement correct très fonctionnel avec une chambre vraiment séparée (idéal pour familles recomposées avec ados)

Quartier à parkings très chers et durée limitée remise des clés à la porte, pas d état des lieux , pas de caution,donc forcemment vaisselle sale dans les placards, cheveux plein la baignoire, etc... c'est vraiment dommage pour un si bel appart ( la confiance aux clients ça ne marche pas) je suis dans l hotellerie je connais !!!

pas d'eau chaude!!! pb de chaudière cette dernière devant dater de plusieurs siecles... intervention pendant 5h d'une personne...eau chaude au bout de de 36h de séjour et aucun dédommagement Téléviseur idem datant de plusieurs siècles

des réparations pas faites - fenêtres cassées, rampe d'escalier détachée et laissée devant la porte d'entrée, pratiquement pas d'ampoule en fonction une seule clé pour 3 personnes

L accueil , la gentillesse de la dame au téléphone . Sa situation géographique , l'espace de cet appartement la décoration faite avec goût . et très clair

Cet appartement est très mal entretenu , il est sale , plan de travail , l intérieur du micro onde du four , des miettes partout , un évier bouché, un rideau de douche qui se casse la figure , dommage . Pas équipement nécessaire pour faire un peu de cuisine pas égouttoir, 1casseroles ect .la liste serait longue alors que les ingrédients y sont pour y faire un endroit très sympa

Tout était parfait !

Nous avons apprécié à l'unanimité, le cadre très chaleureux, l'appartement est amménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très reposant. Nous y reviendront c'est sûr !

Un petit bémol sur un groupe de jeunes très bruyants qui n'arrêtait pas d'aller et venir dans l'immeuble.

Bed is warm. Comfortable sofa. Big place with lovely windows. Kitchen.

The agent's attitude. No elevator and the stairs are steep. The light in the bathroom were all broken. There was no curtain in the bathroom, so that we have to sit or kneel in the bathtub to prevent wetting the floor. The Wify is poor, evan the email can't send out.
