Very good location. Quiet street yet within 10 minute walk from central square. Helpful to have secure parking. Beds were a little soft. Breakfast seemed unduly expensive; however there are several coffee/tea houses in the area serving breakfasts that cater for a range of apetites. |

Good central location, easy to find from ring road. Comfortable, clean room. Good selection at breakfast, and good quality food. Helpful staff on reception. Parking was bit expensive (though welcome in Bruges). The room was a little small for the price, though comfortable. |

We liked the design of the room and the common areas and location (just 5 minutes to the main square and extremely close to main shopping area), private parking. It was also very pleasant to obtain upgrade to a lovely decorated 2-levels suite. We were happy because when the room that we've ordered ("isolated from the hotel") is situated in the center of small garden near the box with water which you can see on photo and everybody comes here to look and make photos (with flash at night) just on the steps of this "isolated" room. So thanks to personnel for the upgrade! Building with 2 really great suites is located very close to the block-road, so it's impossible to sleep with windows opened. |

Brugges is quite a "touristy" place, but it was lovely to escape the crowds to relax in this little corner of calm - beautiful garden, staff take pride in decorating the hotel for the different seasons and the breakfast was excellent. We were very well looked after. |

Het bed en slaapkamer waren zeer mooi. Dicht bij het centrum. Zeer rustig. Vriendelijk personeel. Badkamer ... slechte douche (geen druk op water, goedkope douchekop, ...). Woonkamer verschrikkelijk gedecoreerd en niets van extra luxe, wat je in een suite toch verwacht... Geen koffie- of theefaciliteiten. |

Rustige ligging, parkeergelegenheid, goede sfeer, smaakvolle inrichting, prettig personeel, goede bedden. Minder was de toch wat muffe lucht in de kamer (tuinkamer). Verder was het onderhoud van de badkamer matig. |

ontbijt goed verzorgd, mooie kamer (19 - bruidshuisje) en vriendelijke ontvangst kamer was op het oog wel schoon, maar als jwe goed keek, moest er wel het e.e.a. gebeuren (schilderwerk, voegen die vies waren etc) |

L'accueil très sympa, situation idéale près des Béguinages. Chambre calme et chaleureuse. Salle de bain immense. Reste toujours trop cher. Le petit déjeuner est abondant mais expansif. Petit bémol il n'y avait pas de baignoire, mais une grande douche (cela étant la chambre permet l'accès aux personnes à mobilité réduite). |

La suite Romantique est idéale pour un séjour romantique....La situation en centre ville est très pratique et on ne s'en rend pas compte à l'hôtel...la chambre donne sur le jardin.Personnel accueillant et très agréable. La climatisation dans la chambre serait un plus... |
