The reception staff were very helpful, the accommodation was good.

We had a pleasant stay and the hotel was satisfactory for what we paid, it wasn't a bargain as we'd hoped, the amount we paid was heavily discounted, I would've been extremely disappointed if I had paid full price. The pics on the website are deceiving, as the hotel is very small, the breakfast extremely basic, I would struggle to rate this hotel as a 5 star hotel.

Not the best of locations as it was on the outskirts of the city but it was above a metro station providing easy access to the city at minima cost. The area around the hotel was pleasant with a park situated en route to the city centre. A very big and comfortable room with the amenities only lacking coffee making facilities.

The room wss made quckly after rrquesting it.

The restaurant has to be improved because a 5stats hotel normaally opens its redtsurant every day(morning for breakfast,noon for lunch and evening for dinner)

The bed not so great as good as it looked I didn't sleep that well, I actually think the bed was much more comfortable on the ferry the night before from England to the Netherlands

This is nowhere near a 5 star hotel, closer to 3 star.

Location was just around the corner from the Metro stop with a straight in ride to the city center. The bus and tram stopped right in front. Quiet rooms, couldn't hear the street noise when the windows were closed. Good European style breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

We rented one of the penthouse suites and the elevator only went to the floor below so there were a couple of flights of steps to climb to the rooms but we knew that before renting. Being on the top floor it was pretty warm and the ac didn't work very good. Luckily we were there in early spring so we just left the doors open to the outside until cooled off.

staff was very nice and kind. Very helpfull. Excelent location for my trip purpose.

No possibility to make some coffee in the room. The TV was old. There should be shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

The location and price were good for my business needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bathroom well equipped.

The double room had two very small single beds pushed together with very thin mattresses. The room was fabulous, and the hotel very nice but the bed let it down for me.

The bed .They do not provide proper beds.A base with a thin upper mattress. Too small for two persons who roll to the middle. Staff and the manager agreed. The breakfast,if I want to slim let me decide!!This is not a 5 star,which they claim

the toiletry was a little stingy for a luxury hotel there were essentially no sports channels available on the TV (my wife, however, was happy with that!)

I last stayed in this hotel about 8 years ago. It has been neglected since then and is rather depressing. In particular, the beds are soggy and uncomfortable and the staff (the few there are) are slow and unhelpful (with the exception of the barman) and the impression given is of people uninterested in what they are doing!

Meals. Breakfast was good. I was unable to get meals that i anticipated from the restaurant. I was surprised when i was told on my 1st day that i couldnt get any meals from the hotel because it was a holiday in Belgium. I found it difficult to understand why certain meals are only served on certain days of the week.

It was close to Metro Station, and the stuff was trying to be helpful. That it all.

Horrible, horrible view from the window.. Some ugly roofs, backyard and another building a couple of metres away. Balcony looked like a fire escape.. I actually sprained my ankle walking on it. Slow wi-fi.. I booked one room and specified that there was going to be two people arriving. Still, there was one toothbrush, one hairbrush, and one toothpaste in the bathroom. I had breakfast included in the price, but I had to check out before 5 am. I asked the day before if I could have my breakfast prepared as a take away. No, I could not because the kitchen stuff arrived at 6 am. I would not have that problem in any other 5* hotel in Europe. Inside the room: sockets hanging from the wall, headboards with yellow, ugly stains, dusty curtains, stains on the carpet. It was not what I expected browsing it's website. I will never come back to that hotel..
