Nice room, good size
Buffett breakfast was lacking in quality and diversity Hotel is a bit dated, eg lifts.
Everything about the place was great. There were lots of nice touches from the personalised welcome note to the sweets on the pillow. Excellent breakfast, very good selection including lots of fresh fruit. Great location for the metro so getting into the centre of Brussels is easy. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to friends without a doubt!
Nothing at all!
Quiet environment, clean rooms, very friendly staff,
Wi Fi was poor, location is far from city center
Every member of staff was great!
Some foods at breakfast were reused and decayed. I could not believe that.
Hotel was great looking and staff was friendly and helpful though not always correct. Room was pretty nice and clean with the exception of a few broken things and a bunch of scratched walls.
WiFi was broken the whole day we were there (August 8-9), bathtub handle to switch between faucet and shower head was locked up and it after turning it one way to use the faucet it was almost impossible to push it back to use shower, literally took over a minute of pulling with all my strength to finally switch it back. Staff was very polite and friendly and helpful with one exception at the end where they weren't sure exactly which bus we need to take to the airport and gave us two different ones.
Big and clean room with a sofa, minibar, safe, TV, DVD player and a very comfortable bed. The staff was very nice. The location is very good, calm area and close to the metro.
The breakfast. There is a Nespresso machine which is nice but the musli was not great and the hardboiled egg I got was smelly so I didn´t eat it. The coffee we ordered to the room was not good.
size and comfort of room, bath, helpful staff very convenient for transport links
no room service on the friday night of arrival
Location, staff, quality, room, bed, TV, view. The quality of this hotel surpassed my exptectations and went well beyond the price tag.
Poor facilities for Internet. A cheap PC in the corner, did not work, neither Internet fixed line nor Wi-Fi. Buy a modern monitor and PC and fix the Wi-Fi. There is a lack of tea cups and hot water at breakfast, the facility is one for Nespresso and coffee, not for tea making.
Very friendly stuff, great breakfast, free parking spots in front of hotel,....
I was billed twice- was told it was accidentally.
walking running in the park, staff and the room excellent, breakfast good
walking through the car park to find the sauna
1. Quality Floor covering in the room. 2.getting the cheap rate. 3. The speed of the elevator. 4. Breakfast staff were helpful.
1.slowest checkout ever and standing staff not ready to help speed up the process. 2. Being overcharged for breakfast. 3. Calling last minute for an extra night and being quoted €30 more per night than the booking.com price.
The room was really nice and the bathroom clean and bright. The hotel staff was very friendly. A colleague and I had dinner outside the hotel to the right (Jardin des Nicolas) and it was recommended by the nice lady at the reception. Brilliant recommendation!
This hotel has an excellent staff. They are very polite and always trying to help and answer questions.
this is NOT by any means a five stars hotel. It does not exceed three stars at maximum. Its very small hotel with a small lobby. very average quality for everything. I was surprised to see it with such qualities.
Good value for money
Lovely room, friendly and helpful staff and handy location for where I was working
Breakfast selection poor - tables not cleared
The location and the underground parking are very good.
Decoration a bit older..
Location and easy connectivity
Close to my visiting place and Metro
Good location, and very quiet. Comfortable bed. Big room. Polite staff. We would stay here again. Tram and metro station very close, also shops/cafés in walking distance.
Disappointed with breakfast buffet. No tea/coffee facilities in room, and when you get down to breakfast for your cup of tea/coffee you have to negotiate the machine, staff did help, cups are very small! Bathroom towels very thin, need replacing.
Very nice atmosphere, with very friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfasts were a bit haphazard! I think they need to invest in more plates and bowls!
First night king size bed, so soft, every time other person moved woke us up. 2nd night better in single beds but not the best. Half shower screen missing, so floor very wet. Extraction fan came on in night by itself. 1800 cleaning trolley still in passageway, not being used. None of this very 5*
ran out of English breakfast Tea
The rooms are large and spacious.
Lack of tea / coffee making possibility in the rooms
