The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had no problems at all! It's a 20 minute walk into the city center. |

It was a lovely small family hotel where we were made to feel very welcome, the owner was very sweet and helpful to us throughout our stay. We had the loft room which was lovely and spacious and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice , plenty of rolls and cheese , yoghurts and cereal. I thought it was very very good value for money . |

Plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast, bed was comfortable and staff very helpful and welcoming. Being an early riser, we would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

Good location, friendly staff, cosy. The breakfast starts at 8:30 and since it is a bit late, all the hotel guests ares having it at that time. If you come later (9:00) you might not find the same variety of food as initially. Our room and bathroom had a strange smell. Parking is only available at in an area located at ~ 500m distance from the hotel. |

Nice that there was free parking on a street nearby and that the walk to the T' Zand was only a few minutes away. Too much furniture in the room. Shower curtain was moldy. Didn't like having copy of passport taken and room being charged to credit card upon arrival. Hotel not staffed all night long so nobody to answer any questions if you had them. |

The staff were very child friendly, which was important as we were travelling with a 6 & 8 year old. The location is excellent for everything, without being slap-bang in the middle of the noise. It was very quiet at night. The selection for breakfast was great. We would stay there again, should we come back to Brugge. It would have been nice to have tea or coffee facilities somewhere for after 6pm, however that is really the only thing that I could suggest. Everything else was great and the staff were lovely. |

We (my mum + husband) stayed in the triple room which was fantastic, plenty of space.I have stayed in many hotels + the star rating is well below the standard of the hotel, which in my opinion is more a 3.5 star. I have read from others that is was a problem not having a lift but my mum is 55 and she didnt have a problem with them at all. Breakfast was great.Definately reccommend to anyone. Breakfast started at 8.30am which was a little late for us on day 1 as we were driving to Amsterdam. If you sleep in it's perfect but not if your an early riser and need a cuppa! |
