I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is close to the city and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and if you like jogging it is ideal since it is close to the canal that runs around the town. I would have liked a kettle in my room or somewhere central for making my own coffee. I found it strange that internet access was not free. I stay in dozens of hotels around the world every year and one seldom has to pay for internet access these days. |

Staff/owners were very pleasant and helpful. Room we went for (quadruple) was quite big and there was even a mini fridge. Hotel very close to the centre. Breakfast offered a very good choice. Bedlinen smelt weird, not fresh at all although they did look clean. Noisy floorboards Which disturbed my husband who found it difficult to sleep. Luckily for me, I was so tir ed that I couldn't hear anything after a while. |

It was convenient to old city Bruges (easy walking distance) and the family-run hotel was very hospitable, helpful and pleasant. We loved the original artwork throughout. The breakfast was above average and included in the price. |

Clean and tidy, with a convenient location. 15 mins walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk from the town centre. The decor is dated and tired. It is definitely overpriced compared with others in the area. |

Bruges is stunning, and this hotel was within walking distance of the city center. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, and the breakfast was very well done. Wish we could have stayed longer. |

Staff/owners were helpful & friendly. Breakfast was very good. Nice quiet location with nearby free parking and easy walk to City entre Clean and tidy, but carpets and general decor were well worn and in need of attention. Some basic hot drink facility in the rooms would be an inexpensive improvement |

It was a lovely small family hotel where we were made to feel very welcome, the owner was very sweet and helpful to us throughout our stay. We had the loft room which was lovely and spacious and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice , plenty of rolls and cheese , yoghurts and cereal. I thought it was very very good value for money . |

Plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast, bed was comfortable and staff very helpful and welcoming. Being an early riser, we would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

Situated on a quiet backstreet close to the center and to a free pubilc parking, decent breakfast, Vicky - the Manager Rooms on the ground floor are for people who get up early in the morning. |

De ontvangst door de receptioniste was erg hartelijk en zij gaf, ongevraagd, veel informatie over Brugge. Hoewel wij hadden aangegeven dat we twee hondjes mee zouden nemen, werden we weggestopt in de kamer die het verst van de ingang aflag, op tweede etage, zonder lift. Er is geen route aangegeven naar de nooduitgangen op de tweede etage. |
