Frühstück mit extrem kleiner Auswahl, und altem Weißbrot und kalten blauen Kühlschrankeiern. Zimmerservice wurde nicht regekmäßig gemacht. Es wird weder Englisch noch Deutsch gesprochen. José Mature couple Lisbon, Belgium April 25, 2011	Como alojamento de recurso (quase não havia alojamentos disponíveis), este hotel correspondeu ao que se pretendia O serviço foi péssimo e o funcionário da recepção, além de me atender de cigarro na mão, apresentava fortes indícios de se encontrar alcoolizado. Para além disso, e pela manhã, tanto eu como outros hóspedes quando nos preparávamos para tomar o pequeno-almoço (às 08h00) constatámos que não havia ninguém para o servir e que a própria sala de refeições estava fechada à chave. Após busca por alguém que nos informasse sobre o que se passava verificámos que o funcionário que nos atendeu na véspera estava a dormir numa das dependências (escritório ???) do hotel. Apesar de instado a atender-nos não compareceu impossibilitando-nos, por isso, de proceder ao pagamento da estadia. Acabámos por receber, hoje, pelas 11h30, telefonema do hotel a informar-nos que iam debitar no cartão de crédito apenas a estadia (90 €). simplesmente lamentável. Nous avons trouvé finalement quelqu'un dans la cuisine du restaurant après 5 min de recherche. Cette personne a assuré l'acceuil et nous a donné les clefs d'une chambre qui n'était pas faite ! In de kamer was de stoel stuk- gordijnen konden niet open waren stuk - geen voldoende ontluchting, ramen konden niet voldoende open, had gevraagd om een 2 personen kamer kreeg een vies 4 personen kamer- kast hingen vieze oude kleerhangers-het stonk in heel het hotel muf, ontvangst hal was niet naar deze tijd-zitkamer beneden in hotel was oud en vies. We hebben foto's gemaakt. Prijs van het een hotel overnachting is veel te hoog.
