On est arrivé à 21h00 et il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre (température extérieur -1°. le lendemain on est repassé à la chambre vers 17h00 pour venir chercher quelque chose.... Et même chose il avait arrêté le chauffage... C'est pas normal pour le prix de la chambre rapport qualité prix c'est bien trop cher |

Une chambre au dernier étage, au confort et au décor basiques, voire spartiates. Des matériaux plastiques dans la salle de bains, déjà, abîmés. Malgré la chaleur, impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte tant le bruit de la route pourtant de l'autre côté de la Meuse était important.Un petit déjeuner dans un cadre vieillot, peu de choix de pains, aucune viennoiserie, basique là encore. |

gedienstigheid van het personeel, de keuken/het ontbijt, speeltuin, locatie aan de maas (en kortbij hospitaal bij dringende medische zorgen) ! hotel doet verouderd aan, opfrissing is noodzakelijk mbt verhouding prijs/kwaliteit. geen airco op de kamer (verbleven er op 10-11 mei 2008 (26 à 27 graden);er hangt overal een geur van sigaretten = totaal rookverbod (ook voor het personeel) zou moeten ingevoerd worden; |

Hotel Mosa was vol, wij werden ondergebracht in dependance hotel Le Romane midden in Visée. Het ontbijtbuffet was in Hotel Mosa. Alles prima verzorgd. |
