Nice, clean modern hotel. It was very quiet at night and the staff was very helpful. Easy 5-10 minute walk to Brussels attractions and 5 minute walk to the Central Train Station. If I ever go to Brussels again; I will stay at Hotel Motel One again!
Good central position, near the Central Station and the Grand Place. The breakfast was good. Overall we had a nice stay.
The room had a strong smell of smoke, although we had reserved a non smoking room. It was a very small room and bathrooms, no wardrobe. It was stuffy and hot during the night also with the heating closed.
Very friendly staff. Good location. Clean and bright hotel.
Location. Quiet rooms even when the hotel is crowded. Nice, comfortable lounge. Food and drinks available. Professionalism and courtesy of staff. Nice TV.
There is room to hang your clothes, but there is no closed wardrobe. Cleaning of the room was skipped.
Very friendly Reception and Bar Staff Clean, new and modern interior Quiet rooms Location
Breakfast too expensive
Perfect location for a long weekend exploring the sites - close to several metro stations, for easy access from the Garde Midi (Eurostar station). Great, well-designed and comfortable room. Good choice of continental breakfast items. Good value for money - would recommend!
Great location, nice room and hotel
Reception staff were rude and extensive building work taking place directly outside our room despite specifically asking for a quiet room
Location, decor and comfort of room
Hotel is in a main road that has a tram line. Might bother some people on lower floors in which case ask for a room not overlooking street
The location, breakfast, the modern design and the bef comfort.
The WiFi is not very strong some tines.especially in pick times is impossible to connect.needs to improve.
Central, good Parking, secure Place, cheap for Brussels, very clean, fast check-in
Small room, but ok for the Price.
Clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and knowledgable
Was required to pay 3% charge for paying by card - additional to any costs charged by own bank -i.e. increased cost for not paying in cash.
Hotel policy.....two single duvets on a double bed!! Bizarre!! I made my thoughts known to management...very good response!!
Great interior decorator. Nice staff. Big lounge and small but functional room.
Homely feel, friendly staff, good price/quality ratio, nice room, clean.
No complaints at all.
Great location, really nice and quiet but very close to all of the landmarks and train station. fantastic design , definitely it is my cup of tea.. .
There was no net curtain so if you open main curtain, lots of ppl see in your room. If you want a little bit of privacy you have to stay in dark room with curtains shut
Clean, friendly staff, rooms comfortable and it's good there is free wi-fi.
A little way out from where we needed to be but taxis easy to get and a nice walk doesn't do anyone any harm, just remember flat shoes!
spacious apartment, kitchen annex
location breakfast service
free internet access did not work in the room
Nice staff, good breakfast
No list of TV channels in the room
We had a garden facing room which was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Location-wise this is a great hotel choice as it's a stone's throw from Parc Metro station and only a 10 minutes walk to Grand Place. The price was good compared to other hotels in the area. Overall this was a great hotel and we would stay here again.
The room was quite small but we hear this is usual for Brussels. It would have been really nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but it's understandable that the hotel needs to make money at the bar.
I have nothing but good things to say about this splendid hotel. Very welcoming ambience, exemplary staff, everything absolutely pristine. My room was quiet, overlooking a courtyard and had everything I needed, including a supremely comfortable bed, lovely pillow, excellent well-equipped bathroom, good choice of TV channels. Breakfast was plentiful and varied - well worth the extra charge. A most enjoyable stay and a real find in Brussels, where I have usually had less than satisfactory hotel experiences.
Beautiful hotel. Excellent service, excellent food, extraordinary value for money.
Rooms are a bit small, but nothing is lacking. Over all nothing to complain about.
5 minutes walk from Central station. Good value for Brussels central - clean and reasonable comfortable - why pay more for a business sleep? No restaurant but snacks available, and several restaurants within about 200m.
The supplied shower soap was more like water - take your own.
