Beauraing itself was fine with some good restaurants.
Beauraing itself was fine with some good restaurants. A tip if you are not hungry and are travelling as a couple is to have one dish and two plates as every restaurant was willing to do this. That meant with the big portions you did not get over full, nor leave half of it behind. Stay in Beauraing just be careful which hotel you pick.

The treehouse is the perfect spot for an « apéro ». Olivier and Gerard (the cat) where extremely kind and welcoming. The french bakery nearby has the most delicious baguette and “chausson aux pommes”! Close to Beauraing and Givet where there are restaurants (and take-outs). Beautiful part of Belgium ideal for hiking and other outdoor activities. Bring a good book in case of rain!KarenBelgium

There is absolutely nothing to do in a walking distance, not even a path to take a walk - staff- very friendly and helpful. The English language level of the most of staff is very limited but they are really nice - nice drinks in restaurant (food very bad, pls see below)MichalLuxembourg

There are a lot of shops and terraces nearby. The breakfast is in a bakery a couple of metres from the hotel. we could choose 3 vinoisseries and two drinks which we very much enjoyed.
