“ It is really incredible to find right in the back street of Grand Place a hotel for 60€ including breakfast with such a nice aspect. It looks like a house of a lover of Otoman empire. A hotel with charm. ”

Good location, good price. The decor was .... fun. Very hard to describe the Hotel Mozart (which seems to have nothing whatsoever to do with Mozart). The stairs. There is a small lift but it doesn't service all the rooms and there are still stairs to negotiate - not easy for 2 seniors dragging heavy luggage - but part of the charm of the place.

The special design of the hotels. All the beautfiful tiles ALL OVER the hotels many rooms and area. I didn't sleep any good. But this is due to the people who are lived and had booked a room at the hotel. It's an old hotel, so beware of many noise from above (the ceiling) and nearby rooms.

Location was great The room was smelly, it was small and very strange. I would never have stayed there more then one night and only because I knew that I was just going to sleep and leave right away.

1) Friendliness of staff, really client oriented. Very helpful and cheerful everywhere (reception, breakfast and and cleaning). Examples: I missed breakfast time on Saturday morning as I was held in a virtual WebEx meeting with colleagues from Germany and Japan between 8 am and 10 am. I knocked the breakfast room closed door to ask if it was possible for them to just handed me a croissant to take away, but the ladies of the staff insisted I entered the close room and had a proper breakfast; while taking pictures of the unique decoration of the hotel, a gentleman from the cleaning staff asked me if I wanted him to take a couple of pictures of me in the inner garden of the hotel, which I happily accepted; Benjamin at the reception is a bliss to the guests, with his warm welcome smile and good tips on how to get to wherever you want in Brussels). 2) Good internet connection; 3) Good central location. 4) Unique decoration in a unusual mix of different styles, which is impossible to describe - you have to see it to believe. But I love hotels like that, with a unique personality, a soul of their own. 1) Even with the elevator, there are some rooms that require getting through stairs - not so fun when carrying luggage! :P 2) Lack of a bathtub (I use bubble baths to relax after a working day). My room only had a shower.

It is really incredible to find right in the back street of Grand Place a hotel for 60€ including breakfast with such a nice aspect. It looks like a house of a lover of Otoman empire. A hotel with charm. The bathroom was not very large, but all the rest offset by large this small inconvenient. The breakfast was rather good (I did not try the cheese, which you should not either). Nothing. For the price, including free wi-fi, the price is really good. The breakfast was good too.

Good location, few meters from Grand Place Small room - almost as big as the bed. I stayed before in Brussels in other hotels - similar price & location - with nicer rooms. Poor staff - when I came back from lunch I found the door unlock and open and the bathroom not cleaned. I told the guy from the reception about it and he said ok and then started to do something else. I told him I want to know what he will do about this and he raised his voice to me. Finally the room was cleaned, but he didn't apologies and he wasn't polite.

Helpful staff, great and attractive decoration, good location, near the grand palace, wifi connection works well, good value of money. Hot water is not that stable, maybe because we live at the top floor.

Very nice little hotel. Very colorful, small, but nice rooms. Free wi- fi. Hotel right next to Grand Place. Plenty of restaurants and places to visit around. The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness. To be truthful, the bedding, the bathroom, and the big surfaces of the room were clean, but the corners, the window sill (in the room) and the small desk were full of dust and cup stains . So just that little bit of effort would go a long way.

Location is awesome. Although the hotel seems fancy, the rooms are so so. The biggest problem is that they don't have noise isolation and I clearly heard the whole night the party going on outside, and in the morning people going in and out of their rooms (it felt like it all happening in our room).

The hotel is at a 2 minutes walk from the Grand Place and 5 minutes form the Gare Centrale, so the location is great. The staff was unfriendly. I was sleepless at night because of the disco in front of the hotel. The room at the front was like having the windows open, you could hear even people talking at the street clearly. It was really noisy from 12 pm to 5 am. The breakfast was poor (a small baguette, a croissant, butter, jam, 1 glass orange juice, bad coffee) prepared ahead to the tables. The shower at my bathroom was broken. It was not a 3 star feeling but a 2 star. I would not recommend it!
