One receptionist was always on the phone, apparently discussing some private matters, and I once had to stand for around five minutes at the desk, waiting for him to finish his conversation. That is the only thing that I not so much did not like but was surprised at.
I can now say with certainty that many of the negative reviews of this hotel on this website do not correspond to the facts, to put it mildly. I was a bit apprehensive before my trip, having read that the place is "filthy", "smells weird", too noisy and so "impossible to sleep" in, and so on and so forth. But it turned out to be perfectly comfortable and clean, extraordinarily well located and with a unique interior design, a mix of oriental motifs and rococo.
