In the heart of the historic center of Brussels, the Bedford Hotel is a boutique hotel just a quarter mile from the Grand-Place.

How central this is in Brussels
Night-time noise and that the hotel is a maze of passages
only the location
The staff were not friendly, the WI FI signal was available only at the reception, the cleanliness quality was poor and the furniture is very old. I will not repeat this experience again.
Smelledike mildew and sewage; lots of bleach in fountain to cover water smell. Horrible bed. Unfriendly staff. Paid for 2 nights and left after 1 . Tells you something.
There was no wifi, only in the lobby. The receptionist was not helpful at all.
The other best thing about Mozart hotel besides the perfect location (within walking distance from everything you want to see in Brussels & several restaurants to choose from on the same street) is the owner, Mr. Ben & his staff. They assisted me with all the things I needed: adapter for my cell phone charger, printing of my travel documents, etc. The hotel interior is also a wonderful site! They made my stay comfortable. Thank you Mr. Ben!
My first night fell on a Friday. And all the restos, clubs, bars along the street of Mozart were open until 6 in the morning!!! The noise kept me awake most of the night.
The location was brilliant . The decor was lovely. The room was comfortable but small.
The cleaning of the room and wc, the smell, the rudeness of staff, the noise of the surroundings, the small room, the tv with only one available channel. It is impossible to sleep until 6am This is way too expensive for this accomodation (I would not give this more than 10€/night)
some rooms are noisy
Perfect location close to the Grand Place, hundreds of restaurants around, although totally touristic. The building housing the hotel is definitely worth visiting, this 1000+1 nights decoration is beautiful and very unusual.
The hotel is falling apart! Carpet, furniture, lights, doors and windows, everything needs a restoration desperately! The breakfast was rather poor, served at the table, no buffet, no further options.
In the middle of the town. Helpful personel. Clean. Interesting interior.
Noise from the restaurants on the street.
The staff were so rude, they did not give any information regarding the hotel we had to ask them regarding breakfast and check out times. The guy on reception didn't even point us in the right direction for our room! We had to ask for a map; there were 3 of us and the reception refused to give us 2 maps said we had to share between 3 and he didn't even point out where hotel was on map he was more interest in his cellphone call he was having at the same time then checking us in! The room was so ridiculously loud the street noise was terrible (ask for a quiet room if you stay) bathroom smelt bad we think the drains were blocked. The beds were just horrible. Also the breakfast is not worth it you get a bread roll, a croissant and tea or coffee more a hostel standard then hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
Location in old town near beautiful main square
Terribly noisy location at night which meant a good night's sleep impossible. Breakfast rather meagre. Efficient but unfriendly staff
kind, central, efficient… !
The location of this hotel is great. It is within one block of the Grand Place on a street of outdoor greek cafes. It is about 6 blocks from the train station. It is a little tough to get a cab if you are not going to the airport when you leave. You can walk up the street to a larger hotel and try to talk to a driver into driving you to the other station. (pure ecnomics) The hotel is fun, with a mx of baroque and moorish decoration. Our room had three twin beds with a window opening to a patio. The room was quiet. The owner is around frequently. He is very friendly and he did play some Mozart on the piano while I was in the lobby.
The room was poorly lit. Breakfast was down a flight (or two) of stairs and consisted of a roll, a croissant and coffee. We noticed some people got a slice of cheese, but we were not the lucky. (?) May stairs, but they did help us with the luggage.
Staff helped with printing air tickets and also very friendly and helpful
We are sooo happy we stayed here...our favorite hotel in Europe and we stayed in 12 different hotels this vacation that were all over Europe. The Morrocin art design is throughout the entire hotel and is so very beautiful. Darling place. When we go back to Belgium we want to stay here. Each room is unique and different and there is art everywhere. The owner is friendly, try to say hello to him he is a WONDERFUL conversationalist. This hotel is RIGHT next to "Grand Place"
Only thing, bed was very sqeeky but we still LOVE THIS VERY unique hotel.
Location. A minute walk to Grand Place and Manneken Pis, four minutes to Central Station. The hotel is located in the street with lot of greek and italian restaurants, so you dont need to walk far to get something to eat. Price was ok, but when compared to the value received, it doesnt pay off.
I was in a single room for three nights. TV is very small and placed almost above the door, I didnt noticed it when I came in. It had only one channel working, other were barely visible due to the snow effect. Hotel has almost a maze like setup, not once I took a wrong turn. Very tight spaces, some corridors and staircases are allowing only one person at the time. Also the steps are narrow, so you have to step sideways. There is a bad smell in part of the hotel, maybe because it is above the breakfast room and there is no ventilation. There is only breakfast, no lunch or dinner (maybe it should be a B&B then), and breakfast is rudimentary. I got confused looks when I asked milk for breakfast, since coffee is offered by default. Wi-fi works only near the reception, forget the possibility of using it in the rooms.
It is a very dirty place! The carpets was very dirty, the smell of cigarretes, the bathroom also has a terrible smel. It is near night clubs and we couldn't sleep all the night.
location convenient interesting decoration
rooms had not been properly cleaned flies in the breakfast room a bizarre hotel, so many contrasts, could be so much better
Location Design in lobby
No sleep cause of street life outside hotel (whole night very noisy) No fridge No safety box Not friendly staff Wifi connection not in all rooms Very small room Nowhere to recharge phone except for bathroom
The location is great for going out in the evening.
- broken shower - no hot water on one morning - very noisy room - TV did not work - Wifi only near the lobby
Bedroom too small and noisy, bathroom has mold and bad smell.
Can't complain about the location.
Continental breakfast is minimal. Flies abound the food. Music from "radio Beirut" at breakfast clashes with the name and décor of hotel. Three stars?????
Room and bathroom were good for a one night stay. Fortunately we had asked for lift access. Unfortunately we had neglected to ask for a quiet room; ours overlooked the street which was 'party central'. Being a Friday night there was noise until 4am followed by the street cleaners at 5am. However it was a brilliant location for sightseeing in the Old Town and proximity to a rail station.
Breakfast was meagre and served to the table and no choice.
