quality of equipments and quality of sleep
Too noisy outside.
Funky style and fun decorations, but over the top - almost sleazy,
No AC, very small window for air, 67 steps to our room, lift only to first floor, very narrow corridors and stairways made it difficult to carry bags, toilet ran on and off continuously.
Right around the corner from the grand place and a lot of other tourist attractions. Very interesting decorations. Breakfest available in the morning, which was tasty.
Staff not too helpful, they barely acknowlegded us when we dropped off our room key (which you have to do everytime you leave the hotel) we got woken up at 5 am due to a screaming match outside our window.... although its not the hotels fault...
It can be cleaner!
We both were very impressed with The Mozart, The Staff went out of their way for us as my husband is semi disabled and also is diabetic, Insulin and medication was safely kept in the hotel fridge every assistance was given as far as mobility was required. Location is excellent, rooms are comfortable and clean, Value for money is excellent, We will definately return to The Mozart.
There is a disco club in front of hotel. Horribles nights.
Lovely quirky decor. Small but acceptable rooms, if you are staying for a couple of nights.Just around the corner from the main square in the old city centre.
Busy street just outside the main entrance can be lively and noisy at night.
Gorgeous Hotel!!! Very friendly staff. I would recommend to add small fridge in the room.
night life on the street (party until 5am) no way to sleep. Elevator plus 2 flights of stairs. The best part on the stay was leaving
Uncomfortable room + corridors + too much noise at night ++
Location is good - few steps to Central train station and to the Markt. Beautiful design in Moorish style.
Very small rooms, uncomfortable beds and pillows. Our room was next to a patio, where drunken hotel guests were loudly partying till 2 am. Poor breakfast.
barulho falta de limpesa
The location of the hotel was right in the city centre which was perfect
The room was incredibly small, I woke up with bites from what I would assume were bed bugs My towel which was meant to be clean had hair on it. Also the hotel was noisy. I was woken up numerous times by returning guests to their rooms. The breakfast included was also a joke. It was a breadroll and juice. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone, I would pay a little more and book elsewhere
Location is good
Wi-fi was really poor, could not connected at all. And beds were not clean. Not value for money
Nice location, nice interior
first day staff was horrible, shower was not working and nobody could fix it, no elevator and narrow stairs, no sound isolation one can hear everything in other rooms
Location very near to Grand Place, short walk to Brussels Centraal rail station. Quaint look of hotel - tiled throughout.
Uncomfortable beds - too hard to sleep. Breakfast food being out on the plate on the table waiting for a guest to arrive, no choice of food. Cleanliness - found ladies underwear in one drawer & a half-eaten waffle in another in the first room we were in. Rain coming through the ceiling in the left luggage area (unsecured).
Fantastically decorated, right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was good.
Shower needed updating and a deep clean.
the mosaic design was well done...
There is no lift for some sections of the hotel. And the section where they had lift, it was not working!
This hotel has a great position, just few metres From Grande Place, besides there are 3 metro stations near the structure. The staff Was very polite and helpful, so we had a double room that looked out in a quiet street.
There are a lot of stairs and the elevator arrived only in the first floor
The decor was unbelievably beautiful with coloured tiles, Art Deco furniture, light shades, lamps, outdoor tables of decorated tiles Mozart theme with a piano at front entry. Water feature in foyer Hotel a few metres only from the Grand Place. Lots of coffee shops and outdoor eateries
Excellent location of hotel.
WHen I arrived, there was a plumbing leak which they did not inform me about. THe hotel booked me at another hotel near by which did not have a fully private bathroom (which I was not told about either). When I came back Saturday to Hotel Mozart, I asked for a discount due to the lack of communication and the fact that I paid for a hotel which I had not even considered. They gave me one but then did not get much sleep since people on the street were partying til 7 am!
The location was perfect. Only a few minutes walk away from the central station and not even a minute away from the Grand-Place.
Wifi was poor. It only worked in the lobby. The walls were like cardboard. I was kept up one night until 4 am because another guest left their television on full volume.
location breakfast room
room: very dark, small, no privacy bathroom: lino floor, mold wifi: not available in rooms
