The location of the hotel was right in the city centre which was perfect
The room was incredibly small, I woke up with bites from what I would assume were bed bugs My towel which was meant to be clean had hair on it. Also the hotel was noisy. I was woken up numerous times by returning guests to their rooms. The breakfast included was also a joke. It was a breadroll and juice. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone, I would pay a little more and book elsewhere
Location is good
Wi-fi was really poor, could not connected at all. And beds were not clean. Not value for money
Nice location, nice interior
first day staff was horrible, shower was not working and nobody could fix it, no elevator and narrow stairs, no sound isolation one can hear everything in other rooms
Fantastically decorated, right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was good.
Shower needed updating and a deep clean.
This hotel has a great position, just few metres From Grande Place, besides there are 3 metro stations near the structure. The staff Was very polite and helpful, so we had a double room that looked out in a quiet street.
There are a lot of stairs and the elevator arrived only in the first floor
location breakfast room
room: very dark, small, no privacy bathroom: lino floor, mold wifi: not available in rooms
internet didn't work in the room
Excellent location, eccentric deco and atmosphere, close to main square and transport in old town.
Tiny room, reception staff a bit abrupt, tiny lift.
Too noisy, too hot, and the rooms are too small.
location in relation to Grand place
small room, small elevator and getting up and down the stairs
Rooms are a bit small and stairs are very steep! But it is excellent value and the staff are very helpful.
Excellent location and value for money. Friendly staff and pleasant breakfast.
Totally central for all tourist sights. Good selection of resturants all within a couple of minutes walk.
decor location atmospher
outside noise pollution cosmetic aging
Very Central spent only one night in Brussell's so the location was top class. Walking in the door expect to be met with a lot of tiles its probably not unfair to describe the decor as Aladdin's Palace. That's what makes this hotel quirky and out of the ordinary. We got a room at the back from reading other reviews that said the street side can be noisy. We had no problem sleeping
If you have read any reviews about the breakfast then they are justified, Book room only and eat out!
The Hotel Mozart is located in the best part of Brussels, and at an affordable rate, that is perfect. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious. The decor was OVER the TOP as might be expected by the name!!
The location in relation to Main train station and Grand Palais is excellent, the ambience of lobby and hallways are impressive. Continental breakfast nice as it is included,
The quality(?) of bedding leaves so much to be desired....almost cannot sleep on the bed. Room lighting virtually non-existent. A number of guests tripped on one poorly-lit step, even the maze of stairs leaves one intrugued. Bathroom ventilation non-existent
Too loud- unable to sleep- had to change rooms and my older children could not change rooms because they did not have any quiet rooms left. Felt bad for owners of this hotel. Adults having street parties till am- really? Need to get bars in area to keep things respectable for all.
A beautiful Moroccan style in a very good location, clean and friendly staff. I took a lot of pictures from inside. You will love it!
My room was in a noise side,it was difficult to sleep. The street restaurants closed at 5 am. If you wish a quiet night ask a quite room.
Decor, position, staff, bed,
Shower was disgusting, needs a good scrub. Toilet paper may have been coming up through plug hole. Shower leaked. Window lock did not work.
Liked the hotel in general and the out door veranda area to sit in. They also let me stay another half day at short notice.
The room was hideous and uncomfortable and the staff didn't care as they were fully booked. If we had a nice room would have had a different experience. Had an upstairs bed with unstable bannister - shocking.
It was central so not far too walk to restaurants and attractions and the station.
Originally put into a very small and uncomfortable room with a three quarter bed passing off as a double room. Had to ask to be moved. Breakfast comprised of half a hard baguette and a re-warmed croissant and warm orange juice. Instead of serving guests when they arrive it is already on the table (for how long is anyone's guess). Did not eat and left straight away.
