The hotel is really beautiful!!!Location is really nice!!!
The wifi maybe not stable
The excellent location, comfort of the room and the nice hotel decorations
Good location for town and central station Nice Paintings Croissant for Breakfast
Clausterphobic and outdated Hotel is amaze of small corridors and stairs Mouldy smell Mostly single beds-old ones
breafast is good location is good room is ok as you here only to sleep and not to spend your day
very noisy hotel, especially when a whole class of teenager is inside the hotel, and difficult to watch tv as it behind a pole in the middle on the room on the top of a wardrobe staff is not very friendly (depends of them, but most of them are more interested in their phones watching youtube videos or sending sms instead of giving you all the information such as wifi, breakfast hour.. if you don't ask no answer) I found it very expensive for a 3 star hotel and I'm still wondering how they get 3 stars... 2 star would have been enough
The setting of the Hotel's theme and the area where the Hotel is situated.
My room was on the 3 floor and there isn't a lift to take you there.
room was tiny
Hotel has really exceptional interior – like 250 years back in time. Really nice!
The radiator made a lot of noise as kept us awake
Perfect location to explore, and fun place to be
Don't book it if you are bothered by noise , and rooms small
THE LOCATION AND THE FORNITURE THE PERSONNEL
THE ROOM WAS SMALL
very unusual hotel,
the only fault was a horrid smell in the room
Impressive style, exspecially because you are in the center of Brussels! Everything is walking distance, rooms look good, a bit overpriced compared to hotels with similar standards around Europe maybe, but Brussels IS exspensive and the style is just trashing most of the "opponents" easily
Not easy to keep all this moquette cleen. I was unlucky, for I had a class of italian teenagers on holiday, but it was not a problem
The place of the hotel is very convenient, hotel is quiet and interesting interior.
The staff at the reception was not very happy about our late arrival and talked to us quite rude. It was very cold in the bathroom as there were no any heating inside it.
The wifi connexion didn't work.
When arrived to the room, I decided to go and return twice to the entrance, trying to understand the labirintic layout. I was concerned with security in case of fire or...)
Funky decor. Friendly staff. Close to Grand Place
Very noisy street. Late night partying. Get room facing back of hotel.
This is truly a fairytale hotel in the heart of Brussels. So different from anything else! Amasing decoration made with love and care, great location, friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well equiped. Breakfast is simple but very good. You will find everything you need and even more.
Nothing to complain about. If I really have to I could only mention relatively weak Internet signal in the room. But this is a minor thing anyway.
Excellent location in Brussels city center. The building is interesting and have a kind of special soul
The room is a bit shabby with some defects. Missing room safe and cooler. Difficult to open vindow and get in fresh air.
I liked the decoration and the location as it was one minute walk to the grand place.
The hotel staff was cold and unhelpful. The room was small and smelly. No mini bar in the room. Breakfast was poor. Too expensive hotel for what it offers.
Beautiful interior design
Cleanliness is lacking, deserve a better management.
Itissmack bang in the centre of everything. The owner was lovely and advised us of various places of interest.
Requested a lower floor room as thers no lift and was given the room on the top floor
Perfect location, close to the train station, close to Grand Place. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel is pretty rustic. Attractive decor, but amenities are lacking. Phone didn't work in the room. I walked all the way up multiple flights of stairs, twisting and turning hallways, got to my room...and the wifi password wasn't written down anywhere, and I couldn't call the front desk to get it. For this price, you can get modern business amenities.
This hotel was way too loud, poor location. We didn't sleep at all.
Three things: 1- Good internet signal 2- Good location 3- Good receptionist behavior
Everything else: 1- Bad lighting of rooms 2- Wanted to share my room with other guest 3- Bad matrices and uncomfortable 4- The flush-box was not working till I complained. In a matter of speaking it was terrible.
Location and decor.
Breakfast was bland.
