The first room i was given only had a shower which was in a very grubby little bathroom, needs refurbishment

Staff, they are correct, but some more optimistic and happy attitude would be good

Nowhere near enough hangars in the wardrobe

The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast, which is great, is included in the price. The hotel is nicely situated near the main shopping areas.

A little paint and renovation would do good to the hotel.

The decor was great, the room was very large, the view from the window was fantastic and finally the bed was very comfy.

The bathroom was nothing to write home about, however, it was over powered by the great bedroom.

- almost everything, there was nothing you could like about it. -very unfriendly personnel, unkind, - cold and unleasant rooms with almost no facilities (refrigerator, minibar, few TV programmes in other than their language) -extremely bad conditions in the bathroom, just a soap, towel -things falling apart: closet (very old, not even the name of the former hotel was chnged), garbage tray in the bathroom broken Total disaster

Wifi did not work

The attention from staff, breakfast, internet facilities, size of room, comfortability and location.

I know the hotel from when it was still "the white hotel". nothing has changed so far but the addition "iis style".

no refrigerator in the room (I had one last time I stayed there)

convenient location for visiting our daughter, close to Place Flagey with bars and shops and close to trams and buses to get into the middle of the city for sightseeing. Bed was comfortable and shower forceful. Underground car park was secure for our car.

Not enough pillows! breakfast not served late enough. needs to be until at least midday for tourists who may be out drinking belgian beer the night before!

Design

Weak Wi-Fi, for which you need an access code, but I didn't receive any during the check-in. Breakfast could be better, small choice.

It was clean and spacious. Close to centre. Breakfast was great.

No Bar,No Restauant,No Minie Bar,No Coffee or Tea machine. No Coffee After 10am or 11am weekends,Shower to Small Not Replying To Emails.Plastic Cups. I will never go gto that hotel again

- small, relatively expensive, room. poor plumbing and bath - at night the alarm went off mistakenly - doors can not be closed from inside

The cool tasteful interior design. Although it was not located in the city centre it was an interesting 45 minute walk from the centre & close to some other interesting neighbourhoods within Brussels including Flagy market (15 min. walk) & St. Boniface neighbourhoods. The breakfast buffet was very complete & generous & the staff began putting out the breakfast before 7AM enabling my partner & I to have a light breakfast & coffee before heading off to the airport to catch an early flight. I was very pleased & surprised to discover inthe breakfast room some computer terminals within dining booths. Our room was very clean, quiet & spacious.

breakfast was good considering the price

the curtains are dirty so is the carpet. there is no fridge, no AC. Poor quality pillows. Family rooms don't exist although available at time of reservation !!!!

Contrary to some opinions, I found most, if not all of the hotel features, excellent. Both the desing and the kindness of personepnel were excellent. This is an opinion, of course, but mine is positive. Great!

Not in a walking distane from the grand place, but then again, visitingthe plce was in my plan, if it is not, no worries
