Well positioned, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and large rooms. Easy to park around the hotel, although not possible to reserve parking in advance. Great value for money. |

Reception staff were remarkably helpfull and pleasant natured. Reasonably located, near city but not too central. The air-con wa not the best, and we could have used a mini bar/tea corree in room. |

Good location and breakfast buffet. Needs refurbishment, rooms and corridors smell stale. |

The guy on the reception was very nice, I got a room with an extra bedroom for my daughter which was great. The breakfast is good too. It sells itself as a 'design' hotel, and although clean, it's a bit shabby |

I stayed on the last floor and the room balcony was huge and amazing!!! The rest was okay. Even if it is a design hotel like many websites say, I think it is very simple to be classified as a design hotel. But at least I enjoyed my stay! |

The design, the lobby area with computers and internet, friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds 1. The view of my room. I couldn't open the curtains because if not everyone from the opposite building could see all I would do. 2. The shower because it was difficult not to get everything around wet. |

The hotel was central for my meetings The hotel needs a little bit of painting here and there as it was looking a little tired in places. |

I'm afraid to say that the most of the hotel staff had no idea of what customer service entails, let alone how to smile or just be pleasant. Huffing and puffing is just not a good way to greet guests. I for once, won't be going back to the White Hotel in Brussels. Most of the staff. Breakfast was pretty poor too and the cleaning service got in a strop when at 1:30pm, after the room had been empty all morning, they could not clean and we needed 1 hour to ready ourselves for a wedding. Most of the TV channels did not work either. |

Location, facilities, ambience and price. Parking in site and the chance to renta bike or moppet, great! We had a pleasant stay. Noisy. Walls are not sound proof. Even a whisper is scandalous. |

design and breakfast they must change their reception personel that works at night.. at least they may be more respectful! "internet is free" written on hotel website but it isn't true! you must buy a password for two days, but it works just a day.. interesting! |

Good location, interesting ideas re decor, greenness, on-line facilities. No newspapers but several AppleMac's in the lounge area for reading news on-line. Bikes and helmets avialble. Receptionist was slightly lacking in warmth. Room decor a bit frayed at the edges. |

Cleanliness, unpretentiousness, reasonably priced wi-fi connection, location. The reason I'm giving staff lower rating than perhaps deserved is that I was given incorrect information on a couple of occasions regarding charges for the wi-fi. The TV sets in every room I've occupied so far didn't work properly (turning on on its own, or switching channels and volume). |
