great music in the lobby is welcoming the guests, very friendly and young team, cosy and stylish decoration of the rooms, great breakfast buffet with a variety of healthy food - a very good start into the day.

Location next to the railway station with direct trains to Brussels airport. Good WiFi. This were two main reasons for my choice. Good spacious room. Friendly service.

This 3-star hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (even doing some internet research about a question we posed and making reservations at a restaurant for us on Easter Monday). The room was very spacious and quiet (our floor only had four rooms). The breakfast was amazing (and included in the price)--fresh breads, variety of fresh fruits, meats and cheeses, and freshly cooked to order eggs. The wi-fi was free and the parking covered. This hotel could easily become a 4-star if it upgraded the interior and linens. Good location near train station and Citadel Park with an easy tram ride to the historic center for sight-seeing. New linens need to be purchased...towels were worn with holes in several. Closet space was dark and a little hard to reach in to get items since the doors weren't movable.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. They also do an excellent scrambled eggs. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. The beds were very narrow.

Hotel staff was very nice, excellent location, spacious rooms and very good breakfast. The mattresses are too soft (general in Belgium), the stairs and the corridors were very small and did not have a good aspect.

New owners were friendly. Rooms are big. The dining area and lounge are small but then what else would you expect in the amount being charged. Small corridors. Entry to the breakfast /dining area is via a small corridor. Can be ade more attractive.

Great hotel, good location right next to train station and next to tram for easy access to city center, huge rooms, delicious breakfast! It's new owners are three really friendly brothers who are revamping the place! Definitely would go back!

Very friendly hotel staffs, and helpful for getting around Ghent. I would recommend this hotel to whoever I know that is going to Ghent. Convenient location right by the train station, and very quiet at night.

This hotel is under new management. It is now run by three young brothers. They have an excellent approach. Simple but good food in the breakfast buffet. Their food is carefully sourced and very tasty. I am sure that this hotel will continue to improve. These young men have a good eye. No complaints. Very genial. It was fine.

The staff were most helpful and gave good advice to someone not knowing the city.Breakfast was good for continental style and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet, which was surprising considering the close proximity to the railway station. Would certainly stay again.
