The front office gentleman was very attentive and helpful. He was always cheerful. The organization was good, with smooth check-in and check-out. They advised how to get in, in case you were late and that was good. Breakfast was good. Friendly advise on how to get around was also available on request. The room and bathroom size was good, much better than the IBIS that I have stayed at before. The cleaning of the room was not upto standard and replacements of tea bags had to be asked. The WC is located too close to the wall.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, location is quite good for visiting the centre (close to tram station). Parking around the hotel is a mess unless you can get a spot in their own (small) garage, cleanliness of the room was a bit less than we'd expect from a hotel of this price. The hallway and elevator is very cramped.

This hotel is under new management. It is now run by three young brothers. They have an excellent approach. Simple but good food in the breakfast buffet. Their food is carefully sourced and very tasty. I am sure that this hotel will continue to improve. These young men have a good eye. No complaints. Very genial. It was fine.

Vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt 7-1-2012 Friendly staff, but they forget why they are in business - taking care of customers. In the morning I left the key at the desk of the hotel, even though I was not knowing when I would be back. The reception closed at 23.00h. I knew. The staff would take care of the key and make sure that I would find the key somewhere when I should be back after 23.00h. The key was nowhere to be found when I came back at the hotel at 23.45h, needing the toilet badly. This made me feel incredibly helpless and abandoned. The telephone number of the hotel was nowhere to be found, so I was lucky the reach Information who gave me the right number. When one of the staff came to the hotel 30 minutes later, he even tried to blame me for the situation I was in! Clearly these people don't communicate with each other and are not trustworthy. To be treated badly if 1 thing, but to the forgotten about is the worst feeling in the world. I got 30% compensation off the price, but the feeling stays ....

The staff were most helpful and gave good advice to someone not knowing the city.Breakfast was good for continental style and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet, which was surprising considering the close proximity to the railway station. Would certainly stay again.

Very, very warm welcome from lovely receptionist who gave us brilliant tourist information and kindly sorted out parking which I had forgotten to reserve. Nice big room, with free tea/coffee facilities (the only hotel we had booked throughout our European trip which had this), tv with English channels and free internet access.

The room was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast very much. The staff was very nice and kind. I left my coat in the closet in my room and he shipped it back to me right away. Good price and location, definitely recommended!

The staff is very nice. They try to help you in everything. The hotel is quiet during the night. If you don't like noise to sleep, it is the right place. It is far from the center by walk, but it is close to the tram and also to the station. In general, it combines very well the localization and the quietness at the night. The breakfast is very nice. In fact, a very nice hotel.
