Να καταργήσει το ηλεκτρονικό bar.

Το δωματιο ηταν ανετο και ομρφα διακοσμιμενο.Η αιθουσα του πρωινου με εξαιρετικη θεα και το πρωινο καλο.Βολικη τοποθεσια.

Θα μπορουσε να βελτιωθει στον τομεα της καθαριοτητας.Επισης, μεναμε στον 3ο οροφο και υπηρχε μια σχετικη φασαρια απο τον δρομο.

despite repeated requests mini bar remained locked for ist day. no cocktails available at all in evening.Cooked food cold at breakfast and was not topped up when required.

The room was clean, and the 1 st impression was good

There was not enough soap in the bathroom, for a suit the second room should not only have two simple chairs to sit in. This give not a luxury feeling

Quality of meal (breakfast was very poor); cleanliness of room was not satisfied

Heat did not work in 1 room - we were locked out at night - No free internet, our shower leaked badly on the bathroom floor, some of staff were very unhelpful.

Front desk staff were politest I've come across. Very informative, very friendly- what customer service should be. Very impressed. Hotel was lovely as was bar area. We booked a superior double and the room was fabulous. I think other rooms by comparison were much smaller. Great size bathroom and seperate toilet which is a rare luxury. Would stay again, was out of city centre so you do avoid the noise from the square and night life, but still close enough to stagger back without getting lost after sampling a few of the local beverages.

Breakfast was fine, exactly what you get in other hotels- ie nothing that stood out, but nothing all to complain about. Street traffic And construction work was noisy at 7-8am Saturday morning right outside our window so there was no sleep in.

Room was clean and well equipped. Good views at upper floors (had a room facing back of the building). Good price offer for last minute booking.

Room assigned somehow small. WiFi quite expensive, not free.

Reception extremely difficult to get them on the line. When I finally succeeded and ask for help in getting aspirine (for severe headache) I received no service at all. Expensive breakfast of moderate quality (bad coffee, cold egs).

the location is perfect for a city tour and shopping and also close to business area. money value was also appealing

It used to be a good 4 stars hotel, now every appliance seems to be a bit tired. Still, the location is handy, both for tourism and business, and room service from the little bar downstairs can satisfy even very exigent clients.

My standard room had no mini bar (and nobody warned me about that), there was no bathrobe and the remote control of the tv set was out of batteries. Curtains need urgently to be cleaned and pillows to be renewed.
