The hotel room was lovely, big and luxorious and the hotel was in easy walking distance of the square and other sights. We came back at 1am from having dinner and drinks out and the night porter had locked the hotel up! Had to bang for ages until he came and then seemed cross that we were trying to get in at that time, odd. |

The location is perfect, very close to all city attractions. The breakfast is standard, but the views form the breakfast room are quite nice. In the good weather you can sit outside and enjoy the start of the day on a patio. We were in room 539. The room was clean and modern, but the view was sad - just a row of windows on the opposite wall. The carpet in the hallways seems to be in some kind of a flood or something like this (there is some discoloration on one side through the whole hallway). Nothing to be concerned about though. |

The spa facilities were excellent and very relaxing. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection is superb and the bar very traditional. We did not know on booking that a party for 300 people had been arranged in the lobby for Saturday night and despite doing all they could to minimise the noise the music could be heard well into the morning from our room on the second floor! It's also a little bit further from town (walking) than I thought. |

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and they are very consistent with good service,and, usually cleanliness. The checkout was extremely efficient, despite the check out receptionist being blind! On this visit I think someone had been smoking in the non smoking room, there was a slight smell of cigarette and a cigarette stub on the balcony. |

Very good fitness center. The internet price is moderate. You can have limited (500 MB) 24 hr. acount for approx. 10.5 EUR. Unlimited fast 24 hr. costs 18.5 EUR. which is quite fast. There are good restaurants around. (Steak house, oyster bar, fast food) This hotel is not worth the price you pay it. Beware of the windows that cannot be opened. There is a strange (automatic) minibar. You should be cautious when opening it. If the bottles inside move when you open it, the sensors detect it and the drink is charged from your credit card at the very moment. The noisy environment makes it hard to sleep in the early morning. |

the taxi booked by the hotel brought us to wrong airport resulting in us having to pay an additional €170 on top of the €50 it should have been so this was a bad ending to what was a nice couple of days. |

Lovely hotel! Perfect location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. We liked having breakfast on the terrace on the 9th floor. There's nothing we didn't like about it. |

Friendliness of some staff. Location. Some stufff did not even care to check a metro route for me. The ventilation in the interior courtyard makes impossible to open the window. The business room is dark and non-ventilated at all. |
