Asked for a twin share room, got a double bed!

Location in the center of Bruxelles, good and spacious room.

Poor breakfast and service need to be more clean and more improvement.

Tv did not work despite requests to fix, ironing facilities in room did not work, safe to small to store a laptop, room very tired looking for a 4* suite, definately not value for money.

it was really cold in May and the hotel conditioning was set up only for cooling - no way to warm the room up...

Internet connection was very poor and not acceptable during a business trip.

it took the receptionist 30 minutes to find my reservation from booking.com (never state names of room occupants as one of those appeared as the one who made the reservation!), breakfast is ridiculously overpriced at 15€

The hotel is very confortable, beautiful and the staff is frendly.

The breakfast has a schedule different each day of the week. Take care to not lose. The location is near the metro station, but a little far from historic center

Breakfast amazing choice even for gluten free . Room large and bathroom well equipped and staff very professional.

Wifi was a little slow otherwise the best hotel we have ever stayed at...

Nice and clean and convenient location

The hallways of the floor i was staying in were quite grubby. look like they need a good paint stripper and decor. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room wasn't in the same standard.

Spacious room with a nice view, quiet at night

Staff at reception is very disinterested, they told me that the room would be ready in one hour, when I came back after 1 1/2 hours it was still not ready. Then I asked for the WiFi password to be able to work in the lobby, which they had to change, so I told them I'd sit over there but no one felt the need to bring me the password, I had to ask for it again when finally being able to check in. Carpeted floor on the corridor is really dirty with very unappetizing stains.

Central location at de Brouckere.

An unpleasant surprise when checked out: had to pay for breakfast although during check-in had been told that breakfast is included. Some of the reception staff were unpolite, some friendly and helpful.

Everything was cool. Good value, nice rooms and breakfast (old style TV but not an issue). Great location to see Brussels. Would recommend.

Conveniently situated, glad not too close to Grand Place! Staff all very nice & helpful, Room & bathroom clean & comfortable, Breakfast excellent. You looked after our baggage before & after check in & out. Highly recommend.

Other guests bit loud in corridors & lots of door slamming. Those large mirrors in the bedroom!!

staff speak poor English, was very difficult to communicate; old TV set (4 star hotel should have flat screens not old fashioned boxes); slow Internet speed
