メトロに近く、観光スポットにも徒歩圏内なのでとても便利で良かったです。

素晴らしいロケーションなのに、ダブルルーム１泊で７０ユーロを切る値段。文句はありません。部屋は少々狭- かったですが、納得できる範囲。どこへ行くにも非常に便利でした。

割引価格で利用したので、満足でした。　正規料金で宿泊することはないと思います。　清潔ですし、立地的にもとても良いです。　地下鉄・トラムの駅がすぐそばでした。　スタッフレベルも高いと感じました。

The location is very good and the stuffs are kind and friendly.

The restaurant has nice view but the american buffet is not so fantastic.

お湯が半日使えなくなった。さらに，受付の対応が最悪だった。また，この時に限らず，受付の対応に好感はま- ったく持てなかった。

ﾃﾚﾋﾞのﾘﾓｺﾝと飲み物を飲むｸﾞﾗｽが同じ引き出しにあったので、ｸﾞﾗｽが割れる可能性がある。冷- 蔵庫のﾄﾞｱが最初開かなかったが、冷蔵庫の位置を少しずらして開きました。最初から、冷蔵庫のﾄﾞｱが開- くような場所に置いたほうが良いと思います。

despite repeated requests mini bar remained locked for ist day. no cocktails available at all in evening.Cooked food cold at breakfast and was not topped up when required.

The room was clean, and the 1 st impression was good

There was not enough soap in the bathroom, for a suit the second room should not only have two simple chairs to sit in. This give not a luxury feeling

Heat did not work in 1 room - we were locked out at night - No free internet, our shower leaked badly on the bathroom floor, some of staff were very unhelpful.

Front desk staff were politest I've come across. Very informative, very friendly- what customer service should be. Very impressed. Hotel was lovely as was bar area. We booked a superior double and the room was fabulous. I think other rooms by comparison were much smaller. Great size bathroom and seperate toilet which is a rare luxury. Would stay again, was out of city centre so you do avoid the noise from the square and night life, but still close enough to stagger back without getting lost after sampling a few of the local beverages.

Breakfast was fine, exactly what you get in other hotels- ie nothing that stood out, but nothing all to complain about. Street traffic And construction work was noisy at 7-8am Saturday morning right outside our window so there was no sleep in.
