Shuttle service from and to the airport. pleasant rooms. quiet during nights, good restaurant. No other restaurants in the area. near to airport, but far from other attraction and restaurant places. |

Easy to get to and from the airport. The bar service was terrible. Took half hr to get a wine and 2 mixed drinks. Total cost was over E25. Too costly for the service and quality. |

The Hotel is good value for money. They claim that they have regular hotel shuttles , but there is no mention of the shuttle schedules at all forcing me to take a taxi . |

I enjoyed everything. I came in late (approximately 11:00 p.m.) and that was not a problem. Since I had registered as a single woman, there were ammenities geared to me in the room. It was an excellent experience staying there. Although I am from the U.S. and do not travel all that frequently in Europe, if I again needed a hotel I would not hesitate to deal with the NH chain. |

Quiet location but close to airport with free parking - but you need to have a car to stay here. I really appreciated the kettle and tea making facilities - something of a rarity outside UK. Not easy to find - no road signs and I had to follow a wegomlegging to get there. Hotel was virtually deserted when I arrived but the only working lift (of two) was jammed because a coach party arrived at the same time. |

Spacious room with everything you need. 3 km. from airport made it very convenient for early morning flight. Hotel signage is not clear. Not easy to locate the hotel. |

Quit place, non smoking rooms, shutl busses service, safe box service,ice machine in the lobby Closed mini bar, lamps over the head then you laying in the bad, towels are not chainging every day, some person from staff are not kindly. Not clear reservation payment sum from VISA card it was made twice, different ammount. |

Very nice room at a good price Breakfast was expensive at 19 euros. The reception staff did not smile very much, and I felt that they were not very welcoming. |

Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam De draaideur-entree van NH-Brussel is voor wat minder snelle mensen of personen met wat meer bagage lastig. (Draait te snel) en dat merk je pas als je er in klem komt te zitten. Gelukkig door alert personeel gauw geholpen. Verder prima! |

Eigenlijk alles wel. Het was maar voor 1 nacht maar ik ben tevreden.Er is een ding wat ik wel wil opmerken. Het was een lady's room, dat zag ik niet helemaal.Ik vind dat er dan voor de dames iets meer proefmonsters aanwezig moeten zijn, echt iets extra's. Niet alleen een klein flesje shampoo en douche schuim dat vind ik in elk goed Hotel. Dit is alleen maar een opmerking hoor. |

L'espace des chambres et des lits. Le confort de l'ensemble de l'Hotel et surtout la propreté. Juste un détail : Le parking devrait être gratuit, inclus dans le prix de la chambre. |
