Very comfortable. Lovely beds Airport shuttle wasn't working at 11 at night. It cost 20 euros in a taxi. It would have cost much less to get a hotel in town and a train to the airport the next morning. |

I liked the room I thought it was comfortable and the fact that the parking was free was a bonus. I think they should give each guest a complimentary bottle of water in the rooms such as other hotels similar to theres do. |

Free transfer from the airport - on booking.com should be a description where the pick up takes place. Large and clean room Long waiting time for the dinner menu, but the food was very tasty |

Everything expected from NH hotels and excellent location to the airport. No shuttle service to airport on weekends after 9:30am taxi fare is 16-20 EURO depending on time of day. |

This is the typical NH hotel setup and works well. The food served at Dinner was cold which I sent back to the kitchen and had to wait another 15 mins for my main course, while my colleague ate his. |

New hotel. Very conveniently located for access to Brussels airport. Free airport shuttle. Reasonably priced and very good value for money. Ideal if you have an early morning flight and want to stay close to the airport the previous night. |

Rooms are fairly good. Hotel is pretty remote with no restaurants nearby, so it was disappointing that the main hotel restaurant was closed, and the bar/bistro service was so slow. I waited 20 minutes at a table with no sign of being given a menu, so left and had no meal that evening. The check-in was also very slow. |

Close to Brussels Airport, train station in front, Expensive room rate and expensive breakfast, very badly indicated in the surroundings, the external NH name is not seen at dark. |

The free transport from the Airport and back too the airport worked very well and was trouble free. The rooms were very clean, modern and well lit. As a business traveller I expect to stay close to the airport and to pay a premium for that and this was far for the course. I do find it frustyrating that when paying 150 Euros per night that there is no complimentary wi-fi internet access anywhere in the hotel. Access packages were available starting at 7 euro's for an hour!? The dinner and breakfast were also incredibly expensive and with a captive market (there's nothing else in the area within 15 minutes walk) they must make a killing - honestly 22 euros for breakfast is robbery! |

The hotel was stylish, very convenient to both the airport and the city, with a train stop just outside the hotel doors. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and amazingly quiet for its location. It's an excellent hotel. I higly recommend it. |

It is a gorgeous hotel - the staff (especially Bart) were really helpful and pleasant. Everything about the hotel was very good and I will stay there now anytime I need accomidation near the Brussesl airport. |

The cleanliness of the room, the location was close to airport and 2 minutes to train station that took you to Brussel center. No, the hotel was great, professional staff and clean, modern room. |

Shuttle service from and to the airport. pleasant rooms. quiet during nights, good restaurant. No other restaurants in the area. near to airport, but far from other attraction and restaurant places. |

Easy to get to and from the airport. The bar service was terrible. Took half hr to get a wine and 2 mixed drinks. Total cost was over E25. Too costly for the service and quality. |

The Hotel is good value for money. They claim that they have regular hotel shuttles , but there is no mention of the shuttle schedules at all forcing me to take a taxi . |

I enjoyed everything. I came in late (approximately 11:00 p.m.) and that was not a problem. Since I had registered as a single woman, there were ammenities geared to me in the room. It was an excellent experience staying there. Although I am from the U.S. and do not travel all that frequently in Europe, if I again needed a hotel I would not hesitate to deal with the NH chain. |

Quiet location but close to airport with free parking - but you need to have a car to stay here. I really appreciated the kettle and tea making facilities - something of a rarity outside UK. Not easy to find - no road signs and I had to follow a wegomlegging to get there. Hotel was virtually deserted when I arrived but the only working lift (of two) was jammed because a coach party arrived at the same time. |

Spacious room with everything you need. 3 km. from airport made it very convenient for early morning flight. Hotel signage is not clear. Not easy to locate the hotel. |
