The room was very clean; the bathroom was spacious and with a huge shower! The room is equipped with an airconditioning system quite noisy (this is a problem I faced also in other rooms in the past). To open the window is not an option since the fan of the ventialtion system is installed at the bottom of the building and is extremely noisy especcially during night. The bed had not sheet but only a very thick duvet...but it was July!!!!

Cannot say I liked anything about this hotel - very normal hotel but the size of the room was beyond anything I have ever seen - it was miniscule and considering that I paid 150Euros per night its unacceptable. On their websites there is nothing of the sort being shown but lovely spacious rooms! The price I paid considering the size of the room is a scandal!!!

Not impressive but reasonable place to stay. Good position close city center and metro station. Safe area and there are lovely bakeries around for a nice breakfast. Internet is not free and crazy expensive and breakfast aswell. They have parking space but they are charging for it. Car park is so narrow so be careful when you park

The hotel was like a factory, everything works smoothly almost like automatically. The price was too high for what the hotel offered, breakfast was not included into price over 108EUR and its cost was 20EUR. It´s strange that internet was for free in the lobby but very expensive in the rooms.

The breakfast was great, the staff was overall pleasant and very helpful. The hotel has a good location and is a good value for money. The staff who checked the mini bar was very insistent and sometimes intrusive.

The first thing that we noticed is that they had very good staff and friendly. Second it’s located in one of the beautiful streets of Brussels. The room was quiet small but very nice furnished and very clean. Also very good was breakfast. We had good time. Internet was very expensive.

Rooms are new. Many other Brussels hotel are too beat up. Street noise does get into the room a bit too much. Not a big issue, but it's not the quietest room in Brussels.

It is a four start hotel. But everything is charged extra, like in a one star hotel. Internet is extra, I arrived earlier and had to pay 10 euros per hour, any small service is extra. For somebody travelling for business this is unbearable. My last time with nh.

I liked the location, the breakfast buffet, the staff and the wi fi in the lobby. I found it was surrounded by very nice shops and was a very nice walk to Grand Place. It was spotless and the food was great. The pillows! I cannot understand why such a lovely hotel would not just spend a little extra money buying decent pillows. Despite all the luxury, I didn't sleep at all well on my four nights there because the pillow was old and thin and lumpy. Felt like a pillow you would find at a cheap backpacker's lodge. ItThat is my only negative comment.

“Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent, first class breakfast. Very clean room and bathroom. Excellent location (used public transport during stay: the metro station is approx 5 minutes, tram approx. 1 minute) Very quiet in the evening, due to the fact that the hotel is located in a small street parallel to ave. Louise.” Réka, Budapest |
