They give attention to details, offering you different types of pillows for your comfort, offering to supply you with toileteries, incase you forgot yours back home, etc.. The internet access is not free and is very expensive 10 Euros per hour. Breakfast is very expensive at 21 Euros. The room that I had was on the loft. I suppose that was because I booked through internet, where the Hotel offers the cheapest prices of 122 Euros (not cheap at all), in exchange for the ugliest room that they have. |

Easy to find parking in the side streets, friendly staff, location Wifi and breakfast are a rip-off. The television was broken and fixed with sticky tape, the armchair upholstery was broken. Noisy despite being on the sixth floor. |

Location (near Louise Avenue) - good for shopping and good restaurants. Nice welcome by the staff. Small rooms, noisy (even in the back of the hotel) - lights not working in the room - internet access very expensive - to have good conditions need to upgrade the room |

Good location, excellent breakfast, fast service Shower glass door was leaking. Although I was immediately moved to a bigger room, the glass door there was also leaking, but in a lesser extent. |

The location is very good, very close to the Louisa metro station, and in an interesting part of Brussels - close enough to Grand Place (or anything else) by metro, yet safely away from the crowds. The rooms were very nice, actually the interior of the hotel as a whole, and the breakfast (which was included in our rate) was just excellent with a variety of options. I was really happy with this hotel - especially compared to a five-star Brussels hotel to which we moved for work-related reasons a couple of days later, which cost three times more, and offered three times less... Instead of a double bed there were two beds with some sort of wheels, which on my bed could not be fixed... so they moved together with me at night! Also, it would be better if internet access were free, but this is generally a problem in most Brussels hotels. |

The location met the purpose. Needs refurbushing. Chair was worn, shower panels was "rusty".The breakfast of euro 21 is incredibly expensive. Parking lots are extremely small and bear the risk of damaging your car. |

Room with breakfast - great value for money. The room was comfortable, nice & clean. Hotel interior design quite modern. Good location, near tram stop and metro station with quick connections to eurostar terminal and city centre. Safe and quiet area. Hotel staff friendly. Small rooms with no tea/coffee makin facilities. Room window - you can hear all the traffic from the street. Wireless internet in the room chargable. Free internet access point next to reception desk out of service for whole the time we stayed (friday-monday). Drainage of the bathroom sink out of service (the water keep cumulating there) - even reported to the staff not fixed for the duration of my stay. |

Good location , quiet room. Internet is expensive as well as very slow. Be careful about breakfast, if not included in the room price, it's horrendously expensive ( Euro 21) and not justified by the choice and quality offered. |

Close to everything, Metro, Shopping Centres and main streets. It is clean and quite modern. It is as much a business than a tourist hôtel, given its location. Good restaurants around. Staff is very helpfull. Two small beds put together does not make a double or queen bed. The breakfast is not included and is quite expensive (21 eur per person). There is an excellent small breakfast restaurant not too far (± 5 eur per person) |

There were four of us in my party and we all agreed it was a very good hotel and we will certainly look at the NH chain in future for weekend stop overs. The staff were helpful, the breakfast buffet was substantial and well replenished (and included in the price). The location was good, close to Metro for Zuid/Midi station or a tram to Centraal/Central station although we found that walking time to Zuid/Midi was less than 20 minutes also. Our one complaint was that with seemingly every hotel in Brussels is the inadequate soundproofing from the outside world. |
