Pæne og rene samt designmæssig tiltalende værelser. Morgenmadsud-buddet var godt. Den tjenestegørende dame i morgenmadslokalet var lidt langsom, hvad angår at sørge for opfyldning etc. der manglede theskeer ved alle foruddækkede kaffe/thekopper. Særdeles positivt er at hotellet har en ballanceret rygepolitik´som tager hensyn til alle kategorier af gæster. I frohold til mine ønsker om et godt hotelophold, også set i reation til prisen manglede der blot mulighed for at lave sig en kop the eller kaffe på værelset. Dette er en yderst beskeden investering i forhold til den merværdi det giver for brugeren af værelset. |

The location was great for a weekend trip in Brussels. Near the Schuman metro and train station. Very clean and comfortable room. Our room's decoration was not updated. The building needs work, humidity is really present on the walls. Hotel is ok only if there is a price offer! |

It's conveniently located in the EU quarter, right next to the metro stop Schuman. Definitely a plus with quite some bus routes running by that go to the city centre and Port da Namur (shopping area). One guy at the reception wasn't that helpful though. I asked for an internet/call shop, and the reception staff told me to ask outside. |

The ubication Very old. Central heating very low. The relation quality-price is very poor. Too expensive!!!! I do not recommend this hotel to nobody. |

The room was quiet and the bed was very good. There was no kettle in the room to make some tea/coffee; whenever I switched on the heater, it blew warm air in the beginning but later it started blowing cool air which was unpleasant. There was no pen/pencil and note paper in the room. |

Very appropriate for EU visit, just two minutes walk from Berlaymont building and rue de la Loi and Schumann Not always enough staff on duty, especially at bar and reception |

It was a reasonable price for the location. I will not stay there again. It should not be 4 star rated. It is not in the same star category as Crowne Plaza or Silken. The service was poor and the staff very firm about check out timing. I suggest you re- rate as 3 star. |

Location in the middle of the EU quarter, near to metro etc. Weekend rates are very good value. Comfortable and quiet. Bathroom worn (e.g. shower curtain discoloured). |

Clean and light room, big bathroom. This hotel is good choice for bussines aims, it's located in bussines area. Perhaps, it will better if hostel is more friendly and understandable. |

Good location I thought that the star rating of this hotel was above the standard I experienced. Air conditioning was advertised but not present. Internet facilities were quite costly. |

Rooms were large, very clean and fittings were relatively new. Located close to EU institutions. All night there was noise of water gurgling in the pipes in the roof space.This could have been due to one of the uests leaving a tap dripping. |

If anything "Newhotel" is not the appropriate name for this hotel. The (single) elevator is old and slow, the walls have seen better days, and the room itself needs a lot of improvements. I asked for a room for a family of 4 (with a baby) and got a twin bed and a mattress (Ok, Two mattresses one atop the other). There is no air conditioning (and it was very hot). The parking is in a smelly garage. |

It was convinient to transport links and restaurants staff very helpful and friendly. It should have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms for a 4 star hotel |

excelent discount rate, friendly staff, the room was big, with a beautiful view of brussels, with modern furniture and bathroom. Though we got a big discount, we were given an excelent treatment only one day, the cleaning staff woke us up very early in the morning, although we placed the "do not disturb" sign. |

1) Room was very clean, very nice and spacious. 2) Kids under 12 stay for free, not only this, but they also provide you with a mattress, blanket and pillows. 3) good location. 4) Free parking. 5) Amazing value for money. I did not like the reception at all! It looked like a 2 star hotel, not 4 stars!. 2) The smell in the car garage was horrible. 3) Internet was very expensive (10 euros for one hour). |

the reception by the staff and the place near to the metro station the noise of the street and no airconditioning, which made sleeping difficult.The price for breakfast is too compared with what you get. |

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and friendly. It was a inviting place and a lovely place to stay. The receptionist went out of his way to help and our room was amazing. It was situated right near the metro and had a great view of the European Commission, great location. Good pub opposite for food and drink (Kitty O'Shea's). There was only ever one member of staff on so at nights when we wanted room service, it was not available. Also the prices in hotel were so very expensive. |

The room was very adequate. Large, Clean and spacious. Cleaned well daily with adequate supply of Towels, Toiletries etc that u would expect from a 4* hotel. Hotel front desk staff was also friendly. The telephone in my room was not working throughout my stay (4 nights) and no attempt was made to fix it. Really poor service! Also there was no free internet and the charges were atrocious!! |
