Choice at breakfast is limited. Not enough staff at breakfast therefore juices run out on several occasions. |

The comfort in the room and the lcoation close to the European Commission The reception was bad. At my arrival ( 6pm on Monday 1st July) he wanted to place me directly into another hotel 'nearby' and when I complained, he found a room in the hotel. A clear case of not fulfilling client appointments with Bookings. Breakfast service was also bad. 15 min waiting fot the coffee. |

Avoid this hotel! This does not deserve a 4 star rating. The photos used on this and the hotel website do not reflect the shabbiness of the hotel. I've seen nicer reception areas in hostels and the bedrooms are grotty and old-fashioned and don't look like they've been renovated for 20 years. In the morning, there was no water at all in bathroom, I had to wash with bottled water! Services they claim to be in rooms are not, no iron, bathrobe, also claim flatscreen tv which it wasn't. Don't stay here, plenty of better hotels in the area. |

Fine rate for a Sunday night. Room recently and nicely decorated, very quite a the back of the hotel, slept therefore very well. Lobby is really outdated, bring your sunglases. |

Within 5 minutes walk of Metro station. Close to the meeting place, circa 15 minutes walk. Hotels are always to warm to sleep in even with airconditioning (which is making to much noise). |

On arrival registration was quick, and the bed was very comfortable In in-room safe had been locked and was not available - but because I stayed only one night it was not important. On a very hot day, the air- conditioning was set to switch off after 0.5 hours - it took a while to find out how to re-set it. |

Quality of room was poor - I had asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room. Before arrival, telephone call was not answered. Upon arrival my room reservation had been taken by another person. This led the hotel personnel to convey much confusion about my reservation. |

Despite confirming my booking when i arrived at the hotel i was told that they had double booked and that they had rebooked me into another hotel. I had to pay for my own taxi to transfer to the other hotel which turned out to be a 3 star lesser equavalent hotel which had no restaurant facilities. |

Clean. Polite. 24hrs reception. Fast service. Nice hotel. Would say a very good 3 stars, or an entry level 4 stars. But ok for price. Very happy of everything. |

I did not like anything about the hotel. It was dreadful and I have advised several colleagues who travel to Brussels regularly never to use the place The hotel was dreadful. Restaurant was closed when arrived even though it was only 6pm in the evening, No room service available. Breakfast next morning was atrocious. Staff unhelpful. Would definitely never stay there again or recommmend it to anyone else |
