Problems with everything: hot water, phone line, cleanliness, room temperature, internet, ... could noty even get an invoice when checking out. On top of it, cancellation policy through booking.com is much worse than dealing directly with the hotel for a similar rate

Everything went wrong from the beginning. If I need to mention something then the apples on the reception desk and an elderly man at the reception who was experiences and helped me with the problems. The internet did not work in the room even thoug it had been promised. Staff was unbale/not willing to help (I have two of them were trainees etc. without experience and who could not see the situation with client's eyes). Room was not well cleaned (coffee machine had not been cleaned, coffee cup was dirty...) door did not work in the first room (not with teh cardnor with a "normal" key) and a young receptionist (male) wanted to give me a lesson how to close and open a door properly :) nevertheless he managed as well to provoke an alarm when trying to open the door...

Very convenient for many EU departments. Easy access to hotel from Schuman Metro/bus stop. Good range of restaurants/bars nearby. Good breakfast and excellent staff. Very noisy location with lorries and a vent from the Metro directly outside. With no air conditioning or climate control, the choice was a very hot room or difficulty sleeping with the noisy outside. There was also no hot water in the morning and the room/hotel looked tired and ready for a re-fit.

Small rooms, small reception area, poor facilities, worn down appearance. A two-star hotel disguised as a four-star hotel!

The best description for the hotel is "dreadful". The first night I had a freezing cold room. Three phone calls to reception were not put through to my room - the caller was told that I was not there when I was sitting next to the phone waiting for the calls. The evacuation water pipe in the bath was blocked and I showered with bath water half way up my legs. Worst of all was the terrible service from the reception staff. One told me I could not have a direct line call to my room and another member of staff told me I could. Nothing was done about the blockage in the bath. On checking out they tried to charge me for a breakfast I did not have and when the was pointed out, I got the reply "Well somebody had breakfast using your room number". When I asked for my suitcase to be held till the evening on vacation of the room, staff left it in the foyer unattended until I reminded them. There is no way that this is a four star hotel. I have had better service and a nicer room in many two stars.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the European Institutions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the air conditioning system of the hotel is very noisy.

The hotel claims of Free Shuttle every 30 minutes from Disneyland and station. Both are false claims... We waited for 1 hour at the station and no hotel shuttle came... Also we just missed our train since the cab was again not available...Also the staff is most irresponsive and avoids responcibility....

Location is comfortable for business trips. Due to the very small size of the garage the promised parking lot availability is not ensured.

The bed was comfortable and clean, the location was good. The breakfast could have been better, the staff could also have been friendlier. There should have been complimentary coffee and tea. The Nespresso idea was good, but the capsules were expensive.

The location is perfect if the event at Commision should be attended. I am really disappointed this time, because when I booked the hotel through booking.com no reservation fee shoud be charged, but hotel reserved money from my account. Now I have been charged twice as during checking out I was charged again and I have to handle with this now. The check out and check in takes very long time and seems hotel staff does not know what to do. I have never done so long checking in other hotels in Europe.

The hotel is small and has excellent location close to eu institutions. Wifi is free. Room was very quiet. The comfort rooms are dated. They are clean and practical but look very old. Reception is easily overwhelmed.

Location and room rate. Despite what they say on the hotel website and also that of Booking.com, WiFi is not available throughout the hotel. Mainly only on ground floor. System is useless and keeps losing connection. Staff know all this and said they will shortly be changing Internet supplier. TV in room was not working and they said they could not repair it. You would think they would have checked and known this before letting guests stay in the room. As a 4 night stay, we had to change rooms. Shabby room and bathroom, not enough storage space for luggage and clothes. Beds were comfortable and staff were helpful. Makeover urgently required!

The area was great lots of places to eat and drink and the metro was a very short walk away u 1 day before we left I was contacted by booking.com to tell me that the hotel have not accepted my card payment and they were going to cancel my reservation which was nice concisering everything was booked for the next day and I booked 3 weeks prior to leaving date then I had to tell my girlfriend who I had booked the short break for as a surprise, also the rooms that we stayed in we're not the rooms in the pictures they were a lot smaller and less luxury than of those in picture I think they must have just one room that looks like that for picture purposes

It is placed just a 5 min walk from the eu Comission The furniture in the rooms is rather old; there is no space in the room. The breakfasth was a kind of misunderstanding: there were no hot meals, tea and cafe were not hot, the waitress was not polite when I asked about hot meals. And the price of breakfast was a regular one, although it was not the breakfast I was informed about by the hotel offer.

“The location was excellent, just a ten-minute walk to the Metro for connections into central Brussels or a twenty-minute walk to Place Louise, which is one of the most scenic locations in the city. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional and the fitness centre was superb. My room was spotlessly clean and quiet. A lovely stay all round. ” Stephen, Reading |
