my room - comfort and cleanliness, the bed, TV and bathroom I had a hard programme during my stay, so I did not tell nothing to the staff, but there were two little things to improve - in my room two big lamps did not function (the one on the table and the one behind the armchair); on 15th July in the morning during I was having my breakfast the waitress did not notice me for the whole time I was there even I was trying to capture her attention. |

Location Staff were not smiley and they were not paying enough attention to their clients. Business rooms taken on special offer were at the highest level of the building, with a boring view and no balcony. Breakfast - nothing special about it. |

The location is good. Just beside the European Commission building. Rather quiet at weekends. Walk north you get to the loevely Ambiorixsquare and walk southeast to Jubelpark with the Legermuseum, which is open for free. The room rates at weekends are very competitive. The male staff member seems nonchalant if you do not speak French; but the ladies are very helpful. Also they close the front door after late evening. You have to ring a button to get a staff member to open the door by pressing another button inside. This can be annoying sometimes. But they say it is for the safety of the guests. So I guess the neighbourhood can be dangerous at night. |

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the location. Some staff were nice, others barely so. Nothing about this hotel deseves it to be classifed as a 4 star hotel. Very dissapointed and will never stay there again. |

Lovely quiet room with good bed and bedlinen Breakfast servie poor - was not kept topped up. Having requested an empty container was replaced, was assured it would tkae a 'few minutes' which I was happy to wait. Having waited a half an hour, gave up in despair. |
