房间里的wifi信号不怎么好，经常连不上

The bad was good.

The hotel entrance looked like a garage. The glass protection wasn't adequate to the shower. The sink countertop was very spoiled. I can't understand how Newhotel Charlemagne can be a 4 **** !!!!!!! I do not understand how the staff gave me a room on the first floor just above the place where works are are being done. The noise of the works does not let guests sleep!!!!!!

Good location and clean room.

Wi-fi didn't work properly, the hotel should inform customers about renovation.

Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. Nice reception. Very close to the metro.

Main lobby was under refurbishment and Wifi did not work on the first day.

Good hotel at a fair price offer. Very good location for me. The staff was good. The room was good. The breakfast was ok.

The room was good, but not perfect though. For example the lights in the bath-room were hanging out. The normal price, advertised on the outside of the hotel, is way too high!

The content of the breakfast in my room was good. Good Wifi services.

Check out in the morning was very slow. The worst feature of the place. Order for breakfast in my room was good but the worry was they did not take the breakfast order card off the door during the night so I had to ring to make the order.

Would have been nice to know that its beeing renovated - it meant that the bar was closed, there was noise in the morning from 8 am, and the lobby rather looked like a construction site than a hotel.

Its got a good location.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for work recently. While the hotel is clean, its a bit like "Fawlty Towers". The room i had was on the 4th floor and smelt badly of smoke. THe shower did not work properly, as it would not stay up. So I decided to have a bath, but the stopped in the bath would not come out. I called reception as I was going to dinner and they said they would take care of it. However I came back 4 hours later and the bath still had not been emptied. In general the hotel looks tired and needs a facelift. In terms of facilities in the rooms, the hairdryers are particularly weak and there are no irons available for the rooms (you have to go downstairs to a cloakroom for ironing).

It was quiet and comfort.

The breakfast was a bit bland.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and ideal location. Also close to number 12 airport bus terminal so saved alot in taxi fares on my return journey home

Mistake in my booking as initially shown to a smoking bedroom. However, this was immediately changed and ended up in a superior room so very happy

Hotel is near to subway

Rooms are not modern

I had bad experience. The hotel withdrew unlawfully 113$ from my master card and didn't return it although I payed all expenses.It is really too bad for the hotel's reputation and I am reconsidering booking through your website. Thank you Adnan Chaaban
