The hotel has been refurbished and our room was excellent and clean. The beds were really comfortable. Good sized room and nice modern wall-hung tv. The staff were really helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was good, buffet style. There's a bus stop 2 min from the hotel that will take you into the city of Antwerp. The location is in not such a nice area, in between car showrooms and a dodgy bar-cafe next to the hotel. Parking is a bit hit and miss, depending on whether you can get a space outside the hotel. (In the street itself so it's not guarded).

Perfect location for my purpose, very friendly and helpful staff ;-)) Shower did not work very well; be aware of rooms on a higher floor (4th or 5th), these stupid flags on the top of the hotel make a lot of noise due to the wind - day and night

The location is good, it's a nice walk from the hotel to the city center. The beds we had in our room were good. Nice and not hard at all. Enough options at breakfast. It was a good surprise in the morning to see a breakfast buffet. Don't expect a three star restaurant buffet, but for the price it is good. Indeed, the staff could use some proper company clotes or at least a dress code. It looked like one guy really stepped out of bed in his jogging pants, pale shirt and just out of bed hair look, wondering around between the tables.

It was on a very quiet location. Away from city noise yet it was not very far from the city. The breakfast time was 7 am. I reached in breakfast hall at 7:30 and egg's omlete was run out. The staff refused to re fill the dish .

We wanted a hotel within walking distance of Antwerp Sportpaleis. Taxi there Euro 8.50, walked back it was about 25 minutes walk which was ok. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and does not deserve any of the negative comments posted on websites regarding poor standards. I guess that the hotel has significantly upgraded in recent times. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Free coffee is available from machines located on each floor. Car parking is available outside the hotel and in the surrounding streets. The hotel was good value for money with no disappointments.

Was surprised to see lobby closed at midnight: there is a system to hand over the keys to you but, from a Best Western hotel, I would have expected a 24 h. lobby service.

Convenience to marina and Mas museum. The breakfast is self-service with ample choice. Nothing exciting but ample. Room was clean and quiet. Scrambled egg was the strangest I've ever had. The hotel is slightly on the basic side for the price I paid for a single room.

I chose this hotel as it was one of the few central hotels to offer free parking at a reasonable price. The hotel is quite small, but very nicely decorated - with good sized, clean rooms. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the hotel offered a buffet style selection of bread, meat, cheese, eggs etc which, unlike a lot hotels I have stayed in, offered a good variety and quality and remained available untill 1100 weekdays / 1200 weekends. The staff were really helpful and spoke good English and German. The only down side for selecting this hotel is the location. It is located in the docklands area, which is great for going on the docklands boat trip tour and to look at the MAS Building - but means that it makes getting to the southern parts of the city a fair walk.

It was in a convenient location for our (me and my family) for the purpose of our visit to Antwerp. We stayed in Room 504 - we had a lovely balcony but pavement stones were not stable. Previous occupants had smoked on the balcony but cigarettes buts had not been emptied from their receptacle. There were weeds growing along one wall. This is not a complaint but perhaps an inspection would not come amiss Thank you

Excellent bath-room, enough light for reading in bed! Some additional information on the website about preferable public transport to the hotel would have been welcome.

It was great to have free parking as usually parking in very expensive in Benelux countries. The hotel was within walking distance from eg. Old town. Very little staff but everybody was polite and helpful. The area could be a little unsafe with noisy pubs around, we felt best to take a taxi back after dinner in the old town.

We liked our room, normal size for a European room with a rooftop view. The bathroom was small but more modern. This was the only Best Western hotel that we felt was worth the money out of the four we stayed at in europe. Parking was free The bathroom was not private and you could see the other person while in it. The breakfast did not have that much variety.

The room was better than expected, breakfast was good. Service good and reception polite. Parking free of charge around the hotel and not a long way to walk to town! My son liked the shower! Breakfast was good, but only one staff at reception and breakfast was a little bad. Many things run out and people had to wait. But if not in a hurry, everything was loaded and the breakfast was good!

Convenient location at the docks in north Antwerp. Professional staff, good breakfast, free WiFi & free street parking right outside. Nice contemporary rooms. All-in-all, a fit for purpose hotel suited to business tripper & holiday-makers alike. At a push; The quality & availability of the breakfast buffet items deteriorates the longer you're in your room.
