Cute young Belgium brunette other then her the hotel was a disgrace, we booked in the senior delux room which was freezing cold as the heating wasn't working, they changed from m hotel to Nh hotel but sadly they didn't update things which lead to more dis satisfaction eg room service information....the gym was shut down even though online it said there was a gym to use, they advertised free wifi which is a lie, we moved from the senior delux room to a smaller room as the heating system was working but in the evening it was even colder as the door to the balcony didn't close properly. The electrics kept fusing so the heater they gave us was useless, in general I was really dissapointed, I went over to Belgium for a operation and needed 3 days to rest which wasn't the case with stayed at m hotel/ Nh hotel,

Very nice hotel right in the centre of Genk. Good price/quality! Large various breakfast and friendly staff. Very clean. Parking lot free for hotel guests. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Maasmechelen Village is 20 min drive from the hotel. Beautiful nature (Park Midden Limburg) close by. Very nice park and pound were the hotel is located. Book a room with lake view!

The Friendliness of the staff and good value lovely location. Genk people are friendly in a quiet town Bar closed at 1am just as I returned and was refused a drink. Hardly as if I was a yob im 48 years old

Location, right I'm the heart of the town and close to all shops and restaurants. Stadtcafe nearby excellent for Belgian food. On-site car parking. Breakfast is far too expensive for a uk-based traveller at €16.00 each! The nearby stadtcafe did a great breakfast (enough for two people) for €9.50. Also no free wifi. A perquisite these days for any traveller, whether on business or pleasure. Overall a satisfactory stay and reception staff good.

Locatie is goed; direct in de stad en aan de achterzijde een prachtig park. Ontvangst is onpersoonlijk, de sfeer in het hotel, de bar en het restaurant zijn de laatste jaren sterk verminderd. De gangen en de kamers worden armoedig, zijn dringend aan renovatie toe.

Zeer mooi hotel.Goed gelegen. Bij aankomst bleek dat we niet in het restaurant konden eten,wegens 'een groep die nog moest komen'.Dat vonden we toch wel jammer,want nu moesten we buiten etablissement gaan zoeken.Receptionist was van goeie wil,maar liet de indruk dat hij het allemaal nog niet te zeer kon bolwerken.

prima hotel en vriendelijk personeel zeeeer ruime kamers en een kingsize bed (2,4m!) er werkte maar 1 lift vd 2 het ontbijt was goed maar 17,5 EUR was te duur voor wat het was
