The hotel is situated in the center of Genk at the unique and beautiful Molenvijver Park. Our hotel is the gate to the National Park "Hoge Kempen". The beautiful nature inspires a lot of people to go hiking or cycling. Afterwards you can relax in our sauna and swimming pool.

The NH Molenvijver Genk Hotel has a renewed bar and restaurant.
In our bar you can enjoy a drink or a snack or a lovely cocktail in a romantic atmosphere with view over the Molenvijver Lake.
Our Molenvijver restaurant, also overlooking the lake, offers a wide range of dishes; meat, fish, vegetarian.
During the summer our terrace is opened for drinks, snacks and meals.

Restaurant Molenvijver is located between the unique Molenvijver Park and the heart of the city, close to a lovely lake, it is a modern renovated restaurant with a warm and friendly atmosphere. "Our cuisine, offers a pleasant route through a wide variety of specialities and typical Belgium classics in a unique atmosphere. Enhance your meal combining the food with the wines of our cellar, the wine list you can enjoy offers different wines.
Facilities for the disabled, 5 function rooms.

Room information

The NH Genk Hotel offers 83 fully equipped guest rooms, including 2 suites and 6 junior suites. All rooms feature a central cooling system, a set of toiletries and piped music.

No Ac in the rooms! Just a little cool air in some rooms. Not enough for in the summer. The hotel is not on NH standard and is in great need of maintenance inside and outside.

The swimming pool is terrific and the samples are very good

Very comfortable hotel in a good location in the centre of Genk. Buffet breakfast was excellent

Struck me as being understaffed. The menu in the restaurant was very limited and took an age to serve. The bar closed at 20:00 on a Sunday - don't plan to spend your evenings in this hotel

Wonderful salted swimmingpool, worth it!

More than 30 minutes to check out due to a lack of staff. Should work on it especialy at 9.00 in the morning when all businessmen are eager to leave!!!!

The toiletries were of a good quality and also unusual. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were a pleasant surprise. The staff were very nice and overall a very enjoyable stay.

Rather than a tea/coffee machine at a breakfast, pots with coffee or hot water would have been better.

Alles was naar tevredebheid. Leuk, de schaal bij de lift, waarop
wisselnd fruit en versnaperingen werden aangeboden. De bedmatrassen
waren zeer goed.

Op de factuur was een foute, te hoge kamerprijs vermeld. Maar dit
werd onmiddellijk en zonder discussie gecorrigeerd. De dekbedden
waren voor de zomer te dik en dus de oorzaak van zwetend wakker
worden van de hitte.
