The hotel was right on the cities edge near all the main parts, but also set on a lake with lovely country style stroll. I was dissapoointed that the pool has been closed down and is no longer in use, it didn't say that on the hotel discription. |

The location suited my needs and was easy to find via road. The reception staff were very polite and efficient and the billing was clear. Having to pay for breakfast in addition to room charge. |

The location which was good for the purpose of our visit. We stayed on the second floor. When we rode the elevator or when we walked in the stairwell there was a horrible smell--as if there was a dead animal somewhere in the area. Also, when we first arrived we discovered we could not make long distance calls from our room. The reception clerk allowed us to use a phone in the lobby. The next evening we still could not make long distance calls. |

het was allemaal tiptop in orde bediening,kamer en ontbijt, alleen vonden we de kussens niet zo goed en hebben we daardoor niet zo goed geslapen maar dit vergeet je gauw als je het uitstekende ontbijt voorgeschoteld krijgt |

Gefallen hat mir die Lage am Rande des Parkes, aber auch der direkte Zugang zur City.Die Aufteilung des Zimmers war recht ansprechend: Bad und WC getrennt, kleiner Eingangsflur und dann das eigentliche Hotelzimmer mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See im Park. |

Prima parking en goed bereikbaar, gelegen aan een mooi park. Kamers zijn ok maar de bekleding is oud en versleten (vies voor een 4 sterren hotel!). Honden zijn hier toegestaan en dat hoeft geen probleem te zijn. Wel als deze alleen worden gelaten op de kamer en blaffen en tegen de deur op springen. Het personeel bleef zeggen dat dit niet onder zijn bevoegdheden viel om er iets aan te doen. Toen de hele verdieping eiste dat de manager werd gebeld zij hij dat dit niet mocht. Onder druk en een gesprek met de front office manager (via telefoon) mocht hij iedereen verplaatsen. Achetraf wist hij waar de vrouw van de honden was en had hij met eigen initiatief dit probleem in 5 minuten kunnen oplossen door of de honden van de kamer te halen, of direct de vrouw op te halen. |

Gunstige prijs, comfortabel bed. Via internet gereserveerd. Aankomst om 00:30. Ondanks tegen 17:00 uur te hebben gebeld I.V.M. late aankomst ("alles in orde") bleek reservering bij check-in niet te bestaan. Nachtportier erg informeel ("ik ga eens kijken of ik voor jullie nog een kamer heb...ja, ik heb er nog één over, roker of niet-roker?" ???). Bij check-out klopte prijs niet, 79 eur I.P.V. 65 volgens reservering. |

L'hôtel est facile d'accès, il dispose d'un grand parking, ce qui est très important quand on a une remorque. On peut aariver très tard sans que cela ne pose des problèmes. La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. |

Wij hebben genoten van het bijzonder fijne bed en het prachtige uitzicht over de vijver tijdens het ontbijt. Wat minder positief vond ik dat er gedineerd werd in de bar. Goed teken dat de eetzaal niet toereikend is maar toch... |

voor de reden van ons verblijf was dit hotel zeer geschikt. Het zijn ruime propere mooie kamers. Het was er rustig. Het ontbijt is zeer goed. Alles gaat er probleemloos. Ik heb geen opmerkingen. |
