Can't say anything good about this hotel, apart from the location! I stay in many hotels for business this is the worst I have encountered for years, also had to pay in advance at the reception as if they were doing me a favour at 100 euros a night! breakfast was tinned fruit, watered down 'juice' sweating bacon and powdered coffee - even travelodges do better - the room was one up from a squat with holes in the wall - a table and chairs probably from a care home and staff who were disinterested and doing all the guests a favour! Leaving it on Sunday morning was the best bit! All Hotels I have stayed in recently are ' upping their game' see NH a cut above the rest so at least with 'chain' hotels we can expect a standard - I can suggest that the Astor will struggle if not already and will not be around if they dont get real!

Hotel is by the sea. Poor volume of shower. Temperture control is also very unstable. Generall area like lobby or lift place is not cleaned well. Hotel has no parking.

The hotel from the outside needs a facelift though the interior of the hotel was nice and most importantly the hotel had a good location very close to the beach and the promenade. Room decor and ambiance was very ordinary for the price paid for the night. The hotels rooms needs some sound proofing and privacy as conversations and people moving from the rooms and corridor were easily heard though this is quite commonly observed with several hotels. The outside of the hotel requires a face lift as it looked completely run down and old.

Eenvoudig ingerichte kamer met een goed 2-persoonsbed en een prima douche. Ontbijtbuffet was met verschillende broodsoorten, eieren, kaas, ham en zoet beleg. Vriendelijk personeel. Hotel ligt dichtbij de boulevard, strand, winkels en casino.

Le calme Cela fait la deuxiémé fois que nous séjournons dans cette hotel et 2 fois fenêtre sur un mur. Et seulement 2 petites serviettes dans la salle de bain.Et le petit déjeuner pas terrible.Différent du premier séjour.

Le personnel de l'hôtel n'était pas très acceuillant malgré le fait que je parle parfaitement le néerlandais. Le matin du départ, il a fallu chercher pendant une demi-heure avant de trouver une réceptionniste capable de nous imprimer une facture. La chambre manquait de propreté et les draps étaient déchirés !!! Pour ce prix, il n'est pas à recommander.

Ik kan niet zeggen dat ik ook maar één minuut genoten heb, integendeel, het was een échte kwelling om de slaap te kunnen vatten in een hotelkamer die werkelijk alle verbeelding overtreft op het gebied van verloedering !!!! Een vieze vuile vloerbekleding waarop wij niet durfden lopen met blote voeten, spots die uit het plafond hangen, schimmel op de tegels in de badkamer, rond de kranen en zeepbakje, een gescheurd en zeer vuil glasgordijn, een raamvleugel dat net niet uit het kader valt en uiteindelijk een verschrikkelijk ontbijt !!!!! Heb écht spijt dat ik hier geen foto's van genomen heb !!!! nooit nog naar Royal Astor in Oostende !!! Wij kunnen niet genoeg benadrukken wat voor een vies vuil hotel dit was ! Grote luxe hoeft voor ons helemaal niet maar wél properheid !!! Herhaling; Vieze vuile vloerbekleding met plekken, papiersnippers, haren, ... Hierop durfden wij niet lopen met blote voeten, schimmel op voegen en tegels in badkamer, rond kranen en zeepbakje, Spots hangen uit plafond, glasgordijn zeer vuil en gescheurd, raamvleugel compleet stuk, het ontbijt was alleen maar érger !!! Hebben geen charcuterie durven eten om schrik te hebben ziek te worden, vuile borden en koffietassen !! Zijn elders gaan ontbijten en waren niet de enige gasten die dit deden !! Gelukkig hadden wij maar geboekt voor twee nachten én hadden we geen kinderen bij !! Nooit meegemaakt !!!

die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Beratung bei Ausflügen,das gute frühstück,das Schwimmbad,die gepflegte Bar und der Service, die Nachtruhe einfach perfekt. es gibt fast nichts mal ein kleines Details was aber nicht der rede wert ist

oui, l'agencement de la chambre avec les quatre lits pour adultes est très bien conçue. le petit-déjeuner était très bien à l'exception du jus de fruits (ressemblant à un eau vitaminée) qui ne nous a pas plu J'aurais apprécié un petit frigi dans la chambre

Le personnel et la (petite) piscine Les lingettes chaussures A ce prix par nuit, la propreté dans la chambre est un minimum : Tapis absolument dégoutant, taché, pas aspiré, surtout proche de la tête de lit ..., Odeur nauséabonde dans couloir surtout et chambre un peu, Sdb en très mauvais état, surtout l'évier. Armoire quasi impossible à ouvrir Vue à travers une vitre assez sale sur des toits très sales Eclairage genre hall de gare, merci le réveil en pleine nuit format interrogatoire quand l'autre se lève pour un besoin naturel Petit déjeuner très faiblement qualitatif
