Booked superior double room but there hardly seems to be a difference with a normal double room. Windows do not close 100% (too much street noise). No free bottle of mineral water, no Nespresso machine, no free newspapers as advertised on booking.com. Free wifi very slow

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location (near metro station and Brussels' main shopping area), spacious rooms with coffee and tea maker, good size bathroom.

Apart from soap and shampoo no other bath amenities provided.

The breakfast was very good. The room was good, very clean and confortable.

The lobby and entrance is pretty ugly, not inspiring at all. The staff argued about the bed type we had asked for on our booking.

I usually stay at this hotel in Brussels. It has consistently shown the best record of price, quality and service, but this time...

They got an eco-label and do not heat the rooms before the arrival of clients. Well, I am in favor of this policy but when you arrive at 23:30hrs and find your room @ max 5°c in a cold winter night, then I think it is too much. Differently than said by the staff, it does not take only 10min to heat the room but a good 4 to 5 hours, meaning you get a really bad night sleep... If you check-in in the afternoon, there will be plenty of time to heat the room, so this should not be a problem. Again, I agree with eco-friendly approaches but the hotel should be more balanced with late arrivals (heat the room just a bit to 15 °c or so...). Don't do like Ryanair and start cutting costs on the basics, you will lose clients. Cost savings will not compensate for lack of basic services (like a pleasantly warm room in a cold winter night... ;-) )

I like the courtesy of the staff, room was clean and comfortable, just a little far from the closer station but I think it could be perfect for young couple or group of friends.

too far from city center. i needed to walk for 30 min uphill to return from downtown to hotel.

Most impressive in all respects. Lovely big room, with huge comfortable bed. Great breakfasts. Quiet location, convenient for high class shops and metro to all areas. City centre walkable in 15 mins.Highly recommended

Hotel staff very polite and ready to help in any request. The room we staid in was a very good size room for a couple with a baby. There was enough space to move about. A super king room with a quite firm ( not to my liking) mattress. Room was very clean and maintained like that by the staff until our departure. We were surprised by the good roo m temperature which was kept steady through the night.

That is just to say something even though it wasn't any bother to us. The toilets vent wasn't strong enough meaning that odours hard to get rid.

The hotel is located at excellent, quiet and nice location, few minutes from metro and about 15-20 mins walking from Grand Place. Shopping street is at the corner and also a supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful, spoke English and we got a Brussels map on arrival. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable with modern furniture and renovated area. Had various choice for breakfast. On arrival, we could check in before noon, it was no problem. Also could leave the luggage in the hotel after check out. I would definitely stay in NH Stephanie again if I come back to Brussels.

This is the second time we have stayed at the NH Stephanie and the second time was the same as the first: professional, friendly staff, well-designed and comfortable rooms, excellent choices for the breakfast buffet, close to the shopping area on Avenue Louise and a short walk to center. Overall, my husband and I rate the NH Stephanie as one of the best overall hotels we have stayed at and recommend it to anyone traveling to Brussels.

Amazing value for money: 1. Differently than mentioned in many reviews here, WIFI IS FREE in your room; 2. You can check out at 5 pm (17:00) on Sundays ! 3. Central location at the heart of one of the main shopping and entertainment areas (cinema, restaurants, shops); 4. Clean and comfortable room and bathrooms (Grohe shower); 5. Decent breakfast; 6. Very friendly and helpful staff; 7. Believe it or not, further to an excellent price and breakfast included with a 5 pm check out on Sunday, the minibar was also included in the room's price (softdrinks, wine, energy drink) - MINIBAR WAS FREE! Had never seen this...

Really nothhing that would stop me from returning there: 1. I was on the first floor and the windows of my room were not sound proof. One of them was even a bit old and had not a double vitrage system. Anyway, the street is not very busy and a good pair of earplugs solves everything; 2. The shower gel and shampoo - although of a good brand "Agua de Terra" or something like that, had a strong fanta orange or orangina smell. ;-D 3. There is not the right height in the wardrobes to hang coats or dresses.

Very good business stay hotel. Great room, bed, great breakfast, good staff . Will use it again.
