The silence while being in the centre of a busy area there was no shower cap in the bathroom adn when I ask at the reception the next morning they told me that it was on request. Not really handy. |

The rooms were very nice, a great change from some of the other places we stayed at in Europe. This actually felt like a 3 star hotel! The staff was nice, although they were a little confused about the breakfast being included or not in the bill. Perhaps that could be more clear on the website when booking and translated to the hotel. |

Room immaculate, breakfast plentiful, welcoming staff, all in all a very enjoyable break. Felt car parking was a bit expensive other hotels in area were 10 euros cheaper per night. |

Rooms are Ok for a weekend stay We could only check in our rooms at 6 pm. They had an issue with the cleaning ladies that day... They solved it by offering a free breakfast. |

the location is good and the rooms are decent they seemed very short of staff, the room service menu has only three items on it and was not available at all on one of our two nights, also the pay for movie television service was not working |

Location of hotel was perfect, very close to the Avenue Louise and metro Louise. Friendly and helpful staff The hotel is on a busy road which can be quite noisy. However, looks as if AirCo will be operational this year which is positive. TV somewhat old with bad reception and the cable kept falling out. |
