The location could not have been better; close to excellent shopping, center, transportation and the train station. The room was very clean, contemporary and comfortable. Even though our room was near the elevator, it was not noisy. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I stayed in this hotel many times before. Staff is nice and helpful, location is perfect to unwind after work (close to bars, restaurant and shopping area), rooms are clean and they come with wooden floor.

Rooms are dimly lit. The lounge (and the corridors) could do with some restyling, although being comfortable.

We had a room on a street that captured the noisy party goers which was a shame. I would stay again if I could get a room off this street!

Expensive wifi in rooms and practically no free internet at the lobby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are tea/coffeee making facilties that you do not usually get at Brussels hotel. Rooms are large and the beds very comfortable. You are in a relatively quiet street but only 2 minutes from Louisa shops and metro.

The internet connection by Swisscom is very expensive - 10 euros per day.

I stayed at the nh Stephanie once some years ago now and was very impressed by their friendliness and efficiency. Since then I always stay there whenever I go to Brussels on business and they are not full by the time I book! The staff are professional, efficient, friendly, patient and helpful just wonderful in fact. On top of this you get a pleasant, comfortable, generously sized and functional room, good sized bathroom and very, very comfortable bed, plus free WiFi in the lobby area.

There is nothing that I do not like about the nh Stephanie. However, some suggestions are; 1 install large walk in showers in some bath rooms instead of a bath 2 install a bidet in the bathrooms 3 extend the free Wi-Fi facility to the rooms

It is not the first time and it will not be the last. My favourite in Bruxelles

Hotel needs to be renovated, it looks old. Room had a strong smell to dust.

The hotel is located very close to the Louise street which is one of the main shopping street of the city. There are also a lot of restaurant in the hotel area. There's an underground station about 5 minutes away on foot from the hotel. From there you can easily go to the famous "atomium" or to the city center. The hotel is modern, clean and good located. A good point : the american breakfast which is varied and worth the price.

The location of the hotel is good but if you go there coming from the airport it might be difficult to find. The hotel is member of an international hotel group. What suprised me was that the member of the hotel were more conveninent in english then in french. It's not a problem but a bit astonishing. I also had the feeling that some member of the hotel were very busy which is not a great feeling for a customer.

Difficult to find because of one-way systems. The hotel offers a basic bar and supper service which could be improved.
