Location is quite good for shoppers. Hotel is rather old. There is no central aircondition. Installed aircondition was out of order.

Easy to find, quick check in and check out, very clean. Small niggle: no power points near mirrors, apart from shavers-only plug in bathroom. This would be useful for hairdrying etc...

Hotel is very close to Avenue Louise. In between there are 2 smaller streets with very good restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Wifi was not included in price (but free wifi is available in the reception area).

Staff are excellent, very helpful and kind. Location is great, plenty of eating options and easy access to Midi station. Internet access is very expensive - Euro 10 per hour!!

The hotels is just of Avenue Louise one of the main avenues, with plenty of shops and places to eat or have a coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The tv in the room was one of those old-fashioned "boxes" and quite small compared to the size of the room. There could be more toiletries in the bathroom.

Great location, staff and good value for money. Coffee and tea-making facities provided in room. Free 30 min. wifi in lobby. Loads of shops, restaurants, coffee shops in the vicinity. 3 mins. to metro. Will stay there again :)

The location could not have been better; close to excellent shopping, center, transportation and the train station. The room was very clean, contemporary and comfortable. Even though our room was near the elevator, it was not noisy. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I stayed in this hotel many times before. Staff is nice and helpful, location is perfect to unwind after work (close to bars, restaurant and shopping area), rooms are clean and they come with wooden floor. Rooms are dimly lit. The lounge (and the corridors) could do with some restyling, although being comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are tea/coffeee making facilties that you do not usually get at Brussels hotel. Rooms are large and the beds very comfortable. You are in a relatively quiet street but only 2 minutes from Louisa shops and metro. The internet connection by Swisscom is very expensive - 10 euros per day.

Location, staff, cleanliness all excellent. Proximity to shopping and restaurants excellent. Staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Having our own Nespresso machine in our room! No faults or complaints but my only niggle was with the Nespresso supplies and that the machine was not in good working order although the Nespresso Boutique was just round the corner from the hotel. We were rather disappointed that we needed to ask for capsules, fresh milk and had to use glasses for the coffee as the mugs supplied did not fit under the dispenser on the machine. Easy fixes for a coffee fan and for Nespresso to resolve!

Clean room, comfortable with air conditioning. The noise from the street, despite being in an apparent quiet "backstreet", was very noticeable. Woken at 5am by the garbage collection!

The location in the Louise area is perfect both for shopping and digning. It is about 25 mins walk from the Gran Place , but it is quite a pleasant walk. The staff at the reception were very helpful especially the gentleman. The price paid should include the breakfast.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bedrooms although not large were well fitted out with everything needed for a Citybreak. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good with plenty of choice, For a city centre hotel it is placed in a quiet location yet well placed for shopping as well as metro/tram. Having stayed at nh hotels before this was up to the standard we expected and in fact better than most. As a weekend break most guests had breakfast included in the price and the breakfast room is not large enough. Hence it may be necessary to wait for a table at a popular time.

La atención por parte de algunos empleados, que el minibar sea gratuito con todo tipo de tentempies y bebidas, que te den al opción de escoger almohada. Que tratándose de un NH un empleado no hablaba español, que la wiffi sea de pago, que está en muy buena zona pero un poco alejado del centro y que no habia mucha variedad en el desayuno.
