The public areas are quirky and really fun! It has a definite style of its own! Lovely bar and breakfast area. Great, quiet location. Very small bathroom in the room. Some dodgy fixtures and fittings. |

The staff were nice and helped us with everything we asked for (guide to city tours, etc). The location of the hotel is good - less than 15 minutes of walking to the Grot Market Our room was dirty. Allmost all the towels we got didnt look clean and had marks on them During the nights we were bitten by some kind of fleas or mosquitos , which was very unpleasant. The hotel employee suggested we could move to other room and promise to put some anti insects stuff (which he probbably did( |

Extremely relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff. All the rooms are different (travelled as a group) so not like a chain hotel room. Beds were comfortable (extra blanket and pillows in the wardrobe), bathroom was clean, room was large and the furniture in the room and the hotel was unlike anywhere else! Lovely location, would love to visit around Christmas time to see the market and the temporary ice rink on the pond in the nearby square! Couldn't fault the hotel and would happily stay there again on business or with my family. |

Close proximity to central Bruxelles for a nice price and a nice room. The walls are thin and you need earplugs to sleep well at night. |

The staff were extremely helpful and obliging - nothing was a problem to them. The hotel is well located within walking distance to all attractions. Our room was very large, airy and clean with good beds. Would definitely stay there again. The lift was broken during our stay but staff carried our bags up and down. |

I have been staying at the Noga for a number of years on business trips, I like the hotel because it is in a good location, the staff are friendly & helpful, it is safe especially for single women, good value for money and not an souless multi national chain. I love the quirky decor and the cat and the dog!!. |

Excellent service, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, good location. We stayed on 3 separate nights during our 3 weeks in Belgium; it was our "home away from home" in Brussels. |

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Noga. The staff in particular were very friendly & helpful. The room was clean, the hotel decor was interesting (not in a bad way) kind of old Belgian-colonial. The breakfasts were excellent. The location was great, out-of-town enough as to be quiet, but just off St Katherine square close to restaurants, the metro and a 15-min walk from the Grand Place. I'd happily recommend it on my experience, and would stay again if revisiting Brussels. |

Small and cosy hotel. Nice quiet area. Perhaps too small and intimate. Locked front door (needs key). Most facilities in the room feels a bit "home made" and not very modern. |

Staff/Owners very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, fairly good location about 10 mins walk from the city centre. Room fairly small for a triple room, but adequate enough if you're only staying for a few nights. |

The location was very good. Just behind the belfry. Definately a three star, but a good three star at that. Breakfast wasn't great, but again, a three star breakfast. Not much hot food. And the room was too full, the one waitress was too busy to clear the tables for more people to sit. A little confusing to find things around the hotel. It is very old, historic building and the sections of the hotel are in various areas. Not a big deal though. |

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in an excellent location, on a quiet street but in easy walking distance to restaurants, the Grand Place and other tourist places. They also have a very sweet cat and dog. Extra pillows would be nice. |

The breakfast is good. The service of the staff. There are couple of unpleasant experience from the front receptionist during our check in such as the very aggressive attitude toward customer and the readiness of our hotel room. We booked for 4 person and the hotel actually give us 1 room with 2 extra bed. Do not recommend for future stay. |
