Staff was super helpful and friendly. Metro, park, market and food all very close.

Very nice, calm neighborhood and at the same time close to all tourist attractions. Very good customer service.

It's hard to find parking spaces when hotel's private parking is full.

Silent, clean, well designed and a perfect location in Brussels supported with very kind staff. Excellent breakfasts was unbelievable rich and delicious. I will never think any other address for my further accommodations in Brussels

Staff is very friendly and helpfull It is in good location . It is very closed metro . We can go to anywhere by public transport . There are lot restaurant and bars around . It is very nice location . It is very quiet when is night . It is great .

Bathroom shower is not in good conditions . There is no holder for shower . I have to hold. Shower all the time . I told them . But they only can fixed shower , did not fix holder at all . There is also not holder for soap on shower stand as well . It make difficult for shower Price is far too dear in the time when I stayed . There is no slipper as well !!! It is not value for money

Very friendly and helpful receptionists English speaking Freshly renovated old hotel in maritime style. Very convenient prebook parking and excellent base for walks around the Brussels city center. Kids loved the two friendly jack russel dogs hopping around, and we enjoyed the pool billiard. We were allowed to borrow the city guide book in the library.

In the family room, cramped toilet and shower reveals the true age of the Hotel with weakly connected taps, showerhead fixation and poor drainage, but clean and fresh, so still ok for a short stay

The location. I've got to know Brussels over the past few months and I value being in a neighbourhood with real residents, a lot of local restaurants within two minutes' walk of the hotel yet close to the business i need to do. The hotel is well-run and very friendly and relaxed. I'll certainly stay again.

To be honest - not much not to like. The curtains could have been a little better fitting and the flatscreen telly I read somewhere was fitted as standard was an old beer-barrel of a machine. That's all.

I have to admit, that I'm really satisfied with service provided by Noga Hotel. Although I was only for one night I felt friendly attitude from crew. There was no problem to leave our baggage after check-out, not to carry it across the city. This really nice place with very important attribute: excellent relation of money you spend and quality you get.

First and foremost, the staff was absolutely fantastic; they were extremely kind, professional, eager to help us go around the town and always with a sincere smile. The hotel itself was always clean, cozy, warm; a delight to stroll around and admire its decorations and charming photographs of old times hanging on the walls. The breakfast was extremely good, always with fresh products. Also, our stay there was cost-effective, with cheap mini-bar drinks (2-3 euros per bottle),and practically free wi-fi internet (5 euros for the whole stay!). The neighborhood was quiet, even though the hotel was a block away from the Christmas market and the subway station,10 minutes away from the Grand Place, and a few blocks away from the main shopping streets of Brussels! Without any doubt, we will stay there again during our next trip to Brussels!

Excellent variety of breakfast foods. Good sized room and wardrobe.

Separate toilet and shower room but both were quite small - larger people would have problems in the confined space.
