Excellent staff, very kind and helpful... Delicious sweet breakfast with view to the nice small garden... Everything decorated on old- fashioned romantic style... Close to city centre (10 to 15 min walk) and very close to European institutions (5 min walk to European Parliament), so good for relax and also business trips... I highly recommend this place to stay!

It is a budget hotel and located near the main attractions of the city. Room and toilet were clean and there were also toiletries in the bathroom. The owner is a nice charming lady and always ready to help. B&B Nouvelle Vie is ideal for both solo and young couple.

Though it is a budget hotel and run by the owner (the lady), the breakfast should be improved. It is a problem for the guest who would like to have early an breakfast to catch a morning flight or train. The breakfast usually starts at 08:00, which is bit late. Also, there are not many options in the breakfast menu. Some warm food could be much better. It was also bit too much to ask the lady to prepare warm food like omlets or porridge. This should be improved by appointing a dedicated cook. There is no lift in the house and staircase is narrow. Therefore, it is not suitable for old and disabled people. Also, it could be difficult to take heavy luggage to upstairs. Otherwise, it was a nice stay at the hotel and I would like to recommed it to any budget traveller.

Beautiful spotless room, stunning breakfast room. Close to throne metro and eu buildings. Walkable from city centre. Great breakfast.

Curtains are a bit hard to close.

Comfortable and quiet, nice room with a newly-refinished, clean bathroom. Owner was very helpful about tips regarding local transportation and tourist sites. Nice breakfasts, too.

I wish I spoke French because that would have made it a little easier for me, but the owner was quite helpful with her English.

Comfortable, very nice hotel, which had a sweet home feeling made by it's nice staff. So far my favourite hotel in Brussels.

Luxurious bathroom, host was available and helpful : oranized taxi. Wifi functioned well and was free.

Südländisches Flair des Hauses, freundlicher Empfang durch italienische Gastgeberin/Vermieterin, das gebuchte Zimmer erinnerte an Aufenthalte in Venedig, das Frühstück im Wintergarten, einfach phantastisch. Man kann dieses Haus ohne Bedenken empfehlen und wenn der Gast den Süden Europas liebt, dann ist er hier richtig. Bella Italien in Brüssel, wer hätte das gedacht.

Raggiungibile facilmente e a poco prezzo in taxi dalla piazzetta delle navette per l'aeroporto. A 5 minuti a piedi dal Parlamento Europeo e 10 dal meraviglioso centro citta'. Era il nostro primo soggiorno e la proprietaria ci ha spiegato luoghi, cucina tipica e co. La cura dei dettagli e' estrema e ci si sente coccolati. B&B veramente bello (e a costo modico) e colazione fantastica. Un soggiorno perfetto.

All rooms are decorated according to a theme with a lot of love for detail. As the B&B itself is in a typical townhouse of Brussels you will find wooden floors and high ceilings with beautiful stuccoed ceilings in almost all rooms. The breakfast is excellent. Among other things, I was offered a variety of honeys and jams, freshly pressed orange juice and a homemade tarte. The owner of the Bed&Breakfast is very friendly and helpful. A final comment; despite its location the B&B is very quiet making it excellent for working.

Le B&B est à 1 min à pied de la place st boniface et ses nombreux excellents restaurant bon marché. Le centre-ville est aussi tout proche (environ 20 min à pied). La décoration des chambres et des espaces communs est très soignée. On a également apprécié les petit-déjeuners dans la verrière, qui donne sur un jolie jardin luxuriant.

La propriétaire du B&B était désagréable.

Beaucoup des escaliers et sans ascenseur. Salle de bains comun. Pas de TV dans la chambre, pas de grand mirror (dans la chambre et dans la toillete). Petit déjeneur relativement complet, mais l'horaire du petit déjeneur que commence seulement à 8h. Pas de living commun... Il faut une adaptation de prix, car il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel, mais une résidence familialle.

l'absence de chauffage!! il faisait un froid glacial dans la chambre, j'ai dormi avec mon pull!

unflexibel: Aufforderung per E-Mail zwei Tage vor Anreise, die Ankunftszeit anzugeben; Aufforderung nach Ankunft die Zeit des Frühstücks anzugeben, es wird einem mehrmals gesagt und gezeigt, dass man immer die Haustür abschließen muss Bezahlung: - Aufforderung per E-Mail zwei Tage vor Anreise, das Geld in bar mitzubringen - Zahlung in bar unmittelbar nach Ankunft, mit der Bemerkung, dass ein Fehler vorläge und das Zimmer eigentlich 10 Euro mehr koste (die ich aber nicht zusätzlich bezahlen musste, zumal ich auf die Bemerkung nicht eingegangen bin) - bei Zahlung keine unmittelbare Auststellung der Quittung, mit der Bemerkung, dass die ja erst ausgedruckt werden müsse (obwohl der Computer lief) - vor Aushändigung der Quittung am Morgen der Abreise kam die Nachfrage, ob man bezahlt habe Gebäude ist hellhörig, kein Fernseher, kein Radio Frühstück: keine herzhaften Brotbeläge (Käse, Wurst), kein Obst, kein Müsli/Joghurt, nur süße Brotbeläge und Törtchen sowie Croissants

La limpieza y el servicio del personal. Es dificil encontrar un b&b en Bruselas que esté limpio, y éste lo está. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y la cama y el lavabo perfectaente limios y aseados. Me gustó.

Very clean. Nice old furniture and decor. Bright, garden view breakfast room. Quiet location. Huge bathroom. Friendly hostess.

Private bathroom outside the room: one needs to use the main staircase to reach it. Bathroom doors are partially mated glass, so with the lights on, one feels exposed to other guests passing by the stairs. Only sweet stuff for breakfast, no fresh fruits.

Ruime kamers, fantastisch ontbijt, rustige ligging

The beds were very confortable, the bathroom was very nice, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Basically it was everything a bed and breakfast should be.

It was a little annoying that it was cash only because I would have liked to use a credit card, but that's pretty typical with B&Bs.
