Location The bathroom was small, plastic, not comfortable at all, like in a ship. Interior design of the room is anachronistic with looking-cheap furniture.

We liked the location and thought the reception staff were wonderfully helpful. However, the hotel room was a little overpriced, the breakfast very expensive (euro 20 pp) and the room cleaning staff did not clean the room very well or replenish the free tea/coffee or towels on a daily basis. They seemed willing young women but lacked supervision. We would stay there again but would eat out and not expect a very clean room for euro 155 a night. The public underground car park next door was good and not too expensive.. As above.

Excellent location for shopping/dining in historic Brugge. Modern and clean hotel staffed with smartly dressed polite, professional individuals. High standard of service. A very, very pleasant stay. Breakfast was also very good. Only downside was the non-availability of free WiFi in the rooms. Apart from that, the experience could not be faulted. Deliberate policy to make customers pay for WiFi usage in the rooms.

Excellent location. The room seemed to be clean until I found out there were bunch of hair(not mine) on the bathroom floor. That tells me that the room was not vacuumed.

The staff were great and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food to choose from. The hotel's location is central to everything and I would recommend. The room was clean but could do with update and would suggest getting rid of the shower curtain and replace it with a screen!

Excellent location, friendly staff, good price. We asked for a triple room (three single beds) and what we got was a double bed and two children (portable) beds. This is no triple room as advertised on the website but a family room.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We got to the hotel at 10 o'clock to see if they had a room we could leave our bags in (check in was not until 2) but our room was ready which was a fantasitic start to a wonderful trip in a beautiful city. The staff in the hotel were polite and very helpful. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Although I didn't have anything to eat or drink in the hotel the bar and dining area looked very clean and modern. If I was coming to Bruges again I would definitely try to stay here again. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel as thought 20 euros is quite a lot. I believe that was an all you can eat buffet so I suppose if you have a very large appetite you would get good value for money. They offered a continental option as well (I think it was about 14 euros) but there were a number of places in the close vicinity which offered continental breakfast options for 5-7 euros. I'm sure the food in the hotel would have been very nice (as everything else about the hotel was superb) just made sense for us to save a little bit of money on breakfast (bought us a couple of beers later in the day)

I thought the decor was great, the room was clean and comfortable (my daughter loved the sofa bed). We didn't have the breakfast because we felt it was extrememly expensive. Shame, as it would have been nice to eat in the hotel. 20 euros is crazy!

The hotel was very central and very close to the main tourist attractions. There was a wonderful selection of food for breakfast and the staff were very nice and helpful. Although it was central, not much noise could be heard at night. Great place to stay in brugge.

Everything was as expected and the staff were excellent rooms very clean and comfortable although booked a disabled room and was allocated room 110 upon entry to the room it was no more disable friendly than any other room bathroom was not at all disable friendly putting a chair on the end of the bath with no hand rails do's not make it a disabled room, we where moved to 307 which had a walk in shower and my wife who suffers from ms suggests that you make that a first choice disabled room, but all said nothing was to much for any of the staff and the stay was very enjoyable, breakfast was excellent. Our only dislike was the issue of parking but this will always be a problem in a tourist trap like Brugge
