“ We absolutely loved our stay in Bruges the little town was beautiful. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff gave us a interconnecting room so that we could be close to our kids which I think was very nice of them to do. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would be happy to stay again. ”

Breakfast was excellent. Great choice , varied menu. Hot drinks facilities in room had sparce choice. eg only 1 coffee sachet, or 1 decaff sachet, so one of us had to have a decaff, and only 1 milk each. When paying £100 for room only is a bit stingy!!

The location is in old town, so we can reach old town easily by walking. The hotel is new, very clean and much comfortable to stay. It also has elevators, so we can carry our big luggages upstair easily. The car parking garage is closed to the hotel with elevators, but we had to pay about 9 euro per 24 hours. No free car parking facility. But there is a garage parking near the hotel.

Location and parking! Public underground parking right under the hotel for 8,7€ per 24h. No hussle with finding a spot in a busy city. Everything in the city within a walking distance.

Our room was ideal for the night, my wife enjoyed staying in a comfy bed. Maybe 30 minutes rather than 20 minutes free internet use would be more viable.

Being so central to Brugge centre but that is why we chose it, although we stayed at the novotel in Ypres and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice to suit everyone's taste. Bed very comfortable plenty of blankets and extra pillows if you needed them. Being on the ground floor and looking out to where the coach drop off point was, found it noisy with road traffic also, but as only stayed for one night did not complain. although will specify next time when we stay a "quite room" as I do struggle sleeping.

De kamer was confortabel. Er was genoeg bewegingsruimte. De aparte toilet is een pluspunt. Geen last van straatlawaai. Het grote onbijt vonden we erg duur! Het kleine ontbijt was qua hoeveelheid in orde maar aan een tafel eten met een bordje is toch fijner en gastvriendelijker.

The courtesy of the staff was very nice and there was a convenient parking garage underneath the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The room was already fairly pricey but breakfast was an additional 20 euro per person.
