Good for business traveller. Very close to the airport with a good shuttle bus ready at level 0 of the airport. Very good the restaurant/self service open until late for those traveller that arrive with a late flight (like me). Nice bar for a "before the bed" beer. restaurant/self service in the evening and breakfast in the morning escluded from the room cost and pretty expansive. |

I had a meeting at Brussels Airport so this was a very convenient and good value place to stay. There was a prompt and corteous hotel bus service, excellent staff and a comfortable, spacious and clean room. The cost of the room was very competitive. I was in a room opposite the lift, and found the noise of the lift disturbed my sleep occasionally during the night. I did not find the pillows comfortable. However I would chose this hotel again. |

Novotel is a predictably nice hotel. All are similar—clean and comfortable. The hotel is located away from other restaurants, so dining at their restaurant is the only choice. Seems it was 13-15 euro for a cheeseburger. You get the idea. A buffet was available, but seemed heavy on starch and sauces. |

Dinner buffet was excellent. Breakfast was very good too. They should advise people they have a shuttle from the airport and the schedule. I took a taxi when I could easily save 20 dollars since the hotel is practically in the airport. |

The staff were brilliant particularly the Tunisian bar man and the reception staff. Overall it was very efficient. The situation was drab and the quality of carpets etc were poor in the high use areas of the hotel. It was a disappointing hotel for 190 euros a night. |

Very nice soundproof room. Comfy beds. Great shower. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great location next to airport with free shuttle service. No free Internet. Very expensive: 4.50 euros for one hour! |

The hotel was very convenient to the airport and had a 24-hour shuttle service that ran every 20 minutes. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. |

Close to the airport and accessible by bicycle. Air conditioning. Quiet - although it was next to a busy road, it was quiet in the room. Close to a supermarket. Restaurant was food was not very good. No breakfast buffet and the breakfast was overpriced. |

Very convenient to the airport offering a free shuttle. Rooms are efficient as usual for a Novotel. Staff very friendly. The rooms and halls need cleaning, ie. carpets stained and dirty, walls could use fresh paint, etc. |
