Hotel moderno nel piano centro di Gant! Camere pulite e molto spaziose.

Molto rumore di notte (sembrava che qualcuno spostasse mobili) e Wifi solo a pagamento (ormai anche I tre stelle più miseri la offrono!!)

La posizione centralissima e la possibilità di usare il garage.

Internet WiFi a pagamento. Lavori in corso che non consentono l'accesso dall'entrata principale, ma dal lato garage. Visto che I lavori dureranno a lungo, sarebbe meglio dare informative più evidente del corretto accesso (il navigatore non 'vede' I lavori...).

Ben posizionato, un buon albergo, pulito con uno staff abbastanza gentile.

I lavori in corso nella piazza dove è posizionato l'albergo lo penalizzano molto. Se lo aveste specificato nelle vostre recensioni nol lo avrei scelto. Nino Febraro

è molto difficile trovare l'albergo quando si viaggia in machina- la piaaza non si trova sulla mappa della citta!!

A beautiful hotel with oudoor pool that was perfect for the day that we were there. Family room and wonderful bathroom that had all the amendities that we required.

Driving to the hotel was a nightmare. It took one hour to get there because of the construction and pedestian only zones. We had to phone the hotel twice for directions. We could see the hotel but couldn't get to it!!!

The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

The cost of the room and extra costs such as breakfast at 20 euros per person. It was 7 euros in other hotels. This with the parking fee of 16 euros made out stay very expensive at 198 euros a night. Prices in the mini bar were too high. 3.50 euros for a small bottle of water for example. They even wanted to charge you for putting valuables in the safe deposit box in the room. We have been staying at this hotel on holiday for many years but never again. It has become much too expensive. No good for tourists now. Now they only seem to want to attract the business travellers where the cost matters less. Why are there no drawers now in the rooms? Now they have "improved " the layout you have to put your things on the table or bedside tables..It`s all about profit now with Novatel. They will squeeze you for as much as they can get away with.

The fact it was in a central location for the trip we had planned and fairly close to the venue we were visiting.

We did not like the awful smell of drains which made me feel quite ill. I spoke to the duty manager and he replied, " It's the work outside, nothing I can do". Clearly unhelpful and not bothered.

Very centrally placed so convenient for sightseeing, markets, restaurants etc. Comfortable rooms and pleasant welcoming atmosphere.

Despite its good points there are serious shortcomings here. There is a problem with the drains/sewage system as the first thing you notice coming in the entrance foyer is the smell. This was also evident in the bathroom.There is a nightclub a few doors down the street which at the weekend is noisy with people leaving well into the early hours

Bad smell all over the hotel, expensive internet access, small room, a rip off in terms of cost/benefit.

It's already time to renew hotel.

Booking done through booking.com but hotel tried to add an additional amount just short of e200. Didn't have print out of booking so they refused to change. Luckily could retrieve from my gmail so part of overcharge was removed - then tried to tell me the extra was taxes - fortunately booking.com also mentioned tax amount so after being delayed by an hour I was too late (and also not in great mood) to visit Brugge which we had hoped to do so returned directly to Amsterdam. Good lesson always carry booking.com confirmation with you.

Location is great

Rooms are well dated, tired and smelly. Bathroom has a hostel feel and no flair. The buffet in the morning is basic and overpriced at €20 per person. We changed room as the first one smells as if room had never been vented.
