Efficiency, friendliness of staff and city centre location and a good breakfast! Bringing a car into the centre of Leper is not too easy and there is only one sign for the hotel (at the end of the street). However the problem was overcome by finding many people who spoke English. |

The location to the Menin Gate and 1st World War Museum were excellent - as was the buffet breakfast. Free internet access was also great. Could not get the bath to change from bath water to shower water and also had frayed sheets on the bed. (Receptionist not really interested in sorting this our for us.) |

It was in a great location for the Menim Gate and an excellent centre for visiting the various locations and museums related to WW1. All the staff were friendly and provided helpful advice on places to visit and travel options. The room was overheated. |

The cleanliness of the hotel; the helpful staff; the location just off the main square was ideal for wandering around the town. Having to pay for underground parking associated with the hotel. |

An excellent location, although take a detailed town map with you, as finding the right street is a challenge and the hotel map a little skinny on detail! Once there, no issues - helpful staff and a quiet and tidy venue, with a great location. Breakfast was ok, though perhaps pricey but par for the course with a chain hotels. The toilet room smelt unpleasant; the extractor was not working in it nor the bathroom. A a good clean of the floor would not go a miss. Also, the room carpet was a little tired. |
