Well located, excellent facilities within, with very helpful staff. The breakfast arrangements were very good and the bar most welcome. I would use the hotel again. Own car park is a bonus. |

We had a very pleasant experience again with this hotel. Breakfast was included on this trip which was very good. There was plenty of hot water and facilities to make tea and coffee in the room. The staff were very helpful also. It is extremely central to do all of the tourist sights. I do not agree with the high charge for parking the car in hotel car park. (Especially for registered disabled people). I opted out of this and chose to park elsewhere. |

Friendliness and knowledge of the staff, the buffet breakfast was excellent and the provisional of children's play areas was a great idea. We stayed for a single night on two separate dates during our holiday and on the second occasion the room smelled of cigarette smoke - off putting. |

The hotel was primarily booked because we had stayed there before. I is ideally located close to the centre of Ieper which is what we wanted. Whilst not a compliant the only thing that spoiled our experience was te fact that the we were given was designated no smoking yet it was obvious that someone had been recently smoking in it. This was brought to the attention of the hotel staff who tried their best to recitify the problem. |

the location was superb for the Last Post Ceremony at the Menen Gate, and city's square was a great spot for relaxing in the evening 18 Euros per person for breakfast was ridiculous - for all four of us to have breakfast - 72 Euros!!! - I went across the road to the bakery and spent 11 Euros on fresh pastries and juice and eat them in our room! |

Helpful staff at reception and ideal location to Menin Gate for WW1 ceremony. We booked non smoking rooms well in advance but were given smoking rooms that had a bad smell. The compensation offered was poor. There was no explanation. |

We found the hotel very conveniently situated for exploring the town centre on foot and very comfortable. The car park was also most convenient and secure. We found the shower units difficult to work, they were very stiff. |

Great location, just around the corner from the square and Menin gate. The staff was very nice. Everything cost extra. Nothing is included. Wifi, parking and breakfast Will cost you. If possible park outside - It cost way less. The rooms are in need of updating. |
