Novotel Ieper Centrum  

Hotel staffs were very helpful; restaurant was excellent also provided a very good breakfast. Rooms were nice good facilities. Parking was good-very challenging getting in and out though

Staff were friendly and a great location for the menning gate.

The novotel charge 11.00 eurs per 24 hours to park in the hotel car park I think this should be free for customers. However there is free park ourstand the church down the road.

I have no complaints about my stay. It was very enjoyable.

The location is excellent for the Mennin Gate and the town centre. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are excellent. The breakfast can be very expensive unless you are fortunate to have it thrown in with your deal price.

We have used the hotel for a number of years and have taken other members of family as well, the staff have always tried to be helpful, the location is central and the parking is ideal, as we drive from Gibraltar this is important to us, we also feel very at ease in the hotel, hopefully we will return again this year Kim Gravett

We have stayed many times, it is a great location with good food.

It is still a good hotel but now starting to look tired from when we last visited 12 months ago, probably because it is very popular.

Location to Menim Gate and Leper Town

The price of breakfast was very expensive. The hotel room was basic and paper cups were provided for tea in the room. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no character.

The skill and competence of the receptionist at check-in was outstanding. The location is ideal for visits to the Menin Gate Last Post ceremony and the secure car park although expensive is an added bonus.

The charge of €20 for breakfast is outrageous.. A 3 course lunch in the same hotel is only €12. We walked into the square and had breakfast at another hotel nearby for half the price.

The location was the only good thing about the hotel and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast an outrageous 20 euros each,a whisky and coke 11.90 euros,beds very hard and uncomfortable,rooms tired and in need of a refurb.tea and coffee facilities very poor,cups were cardboard and only 2 of them and there were 3 of us,only enough milk for 1 hot drink,wooden stirrers and the kettle leaked all over my new digital camera which now does not work,£200 down the drain.
