Rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. Food was excellant quality, staff helpful and friendly. The hotel as a whole was very clean and centrally located for the Menin gate, Grote Market and of course for visiting the many WW1 cemetaries. Ideal for a disabled traveller.

Although I travelled by car and underground parking was available, I felt that as a paying hotel guest this could have been free to guests actually staying at the hotel.

Good size clean room ,quiet,excellent location. Friendly staff throughout.

The breakfast was poor quality and very limited choice. 'Hot' water for tea was in jugs and luke warm. The cooked breakfast items were cold and unappetizing. Parking is quite expensive .

Helpful and friendly Good central location.

Noisy extractor fan in toilet which runs from 7am to 10pm every day and cannot be turned off. When on holiday not everyone wants to be woken up by the toilet fan at 7am.

Hotel right in the centre of town, perfect for the last post ceremony at the manin gates. It is a 100yd walk.

There was a scholl party full of noisy teenagers late at night. Not the hotels fault, but it still had an impact on our stay.

It was close to those sites we wished to visit, was clean and quite comfortable. An added bonus was the availability of parking.
