the room is good, very spacious and clean well decorated. I think they should have by new changed the TV to flat screen modern plazma TV. Free internet at the recieption only. at teh room you must pay? |

Friendly helpful staff. Spacious room, it's a Novotel so you know what to expect and where things will be before you open the door. Good value for money especially when compared to the, more expensive, Campomile hotel we stayed a few days earlier (also in Belgium). Breakfast, while there was the normal excellent choice and variety the cooked items were quite low quality. We ate in the hotel restaurant the first evening which was very expensive when compared to the prices in the city centre. The centre is a taxi ride away but worth the trip for dinner. |

comfortable bed very tight underground parking lot, breakfast costs 18 euro which is in our opinion way too much |

Location near train station and centre of Leuven. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. |

it's a very nice hotel close to the rail station and not so far from historical centre. On the opposite side of the street is located "Stella Artua" world famous brewery. Wi-fi in the room should be free for that money |

Clean, good service, good location, knowledgeable & friendly staff Not best value for money - add breakfast and parking charges onto room rate and I may be better off in a more central hotel |

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and the room was surprisingly spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is free internet in the lobby. Leuven is very well connected to Brussels and the rest of Belgium by train and the hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the station. Leuven is a beautiful little city, easily accessed from this hotel. |

Room was exactly what we were looking for, free internet access was a nice bonus Expected to be closer to the centre, although the 15min stroll into town along the canal was quite pleasant. |

close to the train terminal, city centre within waliking distance, information desk with information about the conference I was visiting, sanitary facilities free internet was not working, right adapter for uploading my phone was not available, no iron and iron board available in room |

The air conditioning did not work and the rooms are hot. Since the hotel is located on a busy road it is noisy if the window is open. Also, 18 euro for breakfast is expensive. The hotel is also a long walk from the nearest restaurants in Leuven centre |

Vriendelijk personeel, goede centrale locatie, verzorgd hotel, goed ontbijt. We hadden een prima niet-roken kamer, maar de kamer rook naar rook. Bij inchecken bleek dat er E 50 borg betaald moest worden voor de minibar, niet echt klantvriendelijk en mij ook niet bekend want staat niet op de bevestiging. |
