Nette Atmosphäre, kostenlose Nutzung von Internet Während des Frühstücks: Musik, nebenan eine laute Konferenz, dabei wurden gleichzeitig mit viel Lärm die Tische für mittags gedeckt, sehr ungemütlich |

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and the room was surprisingly spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is free internet in the lobby. Leuven is very well connected to Brussels and the rest of Belgium by train and the hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the station. Leuven is a beautiful little city, easily accessed from this hotel. |

Room was exactly what we were looking for, free internet access was a nice bonus Expected to be closer to the centre, although the 15min stroll into town along the canal was quite pleasant. |

close to the train terminal, city centre within waliking distance, information desk with information about the conference I was visiting, sanitary facilities free internet was not working, right adapter for uploading my phone was not available, no iron and iron board available in room |

Facility is simple, so it really is business hotel, located in business area,slightly away from city central. |

The air conditioning did not work and the rooms are hot. Since the hotel is located on a busy road it is noisy if the window is open. Also, 18 euro for breakfast is expensive. The hotel is also a long walk from the nearest restaurants in Leuven centre |

Room and bathroom not very clean. Not much value for the money. Prices on food very expensive. Room in general was rather ordinary. Interrupted twice in middle of morning by room service. Disappointing stay. |

Location - only 10 -15 minute walk to centre Minor furnishing issues - decorative cushions on bed were worn out, plastic teaspoons for tea making, only one non decaffinated coffee sachet. |
