We took our dog with us, and the staff was extremely easy about our situation- that made our lives much easier! The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms very spacious. We also got a wonderful price for the rooms through your website.- Thank you! |

Price/Quality was good. It was the best last minute booking (in comparison to the other options at that moment of time) We booked the day before departure. The walkingdistance to the citycentre is a bit to far. The name of the Hotel "Novotel Leuven Centrum" isn't really fair. It may officially is the "Centrum", but it doesn't feel like through the eye of a tourist. |

The entire staff, the room set up and its cleanliness all impressed me. The restaurant food and service was excellent. My only complaint - and it is small compared to all I liked about the hotel - was that the duvet/comforter was too heavy for the weather conditions. I could not make the room cool enough to compensate (unless I opened the window to a noisy street). My colleagues voiced the same issue. |

Nearly everything. There was a long queue when checking out at 8:30 AM. They should foresee more staff at the reception during the typical check-out time. |
