The hotel was situated in a quite calm region. It was a good place for a stop-and-go. - We had two minor issues during our stay, for which we didn't get any satisfactive response from the personnel. |

The buffet breakfast was good with hot and cold items. The room size was good with a large sofa bed for our daughter. We had assumed the SPA included a gym but it didn't. |

Beautiful riverside walks and sunny terrace by the pool for early evening drink. The barbeque evening was excellent with lovely food and great value with drink included. The pool looked great but we didn't get chance to make use of the facilities. Maybe next time ....? The look of the outside of hotel is very unexciting, we decided it had the look of a comprehensive school! The communal areas inside have a similar feel about them too but the rooms are not at all disappointing. |

The pool and public areas spacious and light. The walk along the river was really lovely, we also paid 10euros extra for a room with river frontage well worth it. Thin towels and lack of power points otherwise fine. |

Nice setting next to river and close enough to Namur to go out for the evening. Good to have a supermarket next door. Strange that the only entrance to pool was from inside the hotel and quite dangerous on the wet tile to walk around since you are suppose to take your slippers or shoes off. You had to go over a rail to get in from the outside. One person working the front desk on Sunday morning when everyone is checking out is not enough. |

The breakfast was very good. A lot of choice and fresh bread every day. Too bad there was no fresh orange juice. We had to wait till 2 o'clock before we could check in. The rooms were not cleaned in time. For extra towels you had to pay €2,- per towel. The washed towels did not smell fresh. Coffee and teabags were not refilled every day. Not all the staff understood English and/or Dutch. To use the snookertable you have to put money in it (€2,-). |

Quiet, nice setting along a river and a cycle path, supermarket next door (but not noisy), within reach of a lot of tourism sights (in our case Esperanzah Music Festival), good breakfast, nice swimming pool and terrace overlooking river. Slow receptionists. |

Location, free parking Building needs refurbishment, restaurant was closed on Saturday, only in the bar a barbecue buffet was available, breakfast buffet was fine although the location was not very inviting. Staff (with exception of the reception) was not customer oriented at all. |

Ease of parking. Good room. Good hotel situation in quiet suburb by river. Very pleasant desk staff. Breakfast lacked the presence of food due to large number of guests. There was virtually no replenishment. We asked for boiled eggs and were told it would take about 20 minutes! Left without eating. Fortunately there is a supermarket within easy walking distance with an self service restaurant open 9 to 9 except Sundays. Excellent breakfast. Had good dinner there too. |
