Novotel Brussels Centre Tour Noire  

We had a good time with our baby. Baby cot, baby seat and they have bottle warmer downstairs. The pool is not for swimming long distances but it's great for families with children. We liked swimming with our baby. Clean. Friendly. Tea maker in the room and the pool was the reason we chose this hotel. And we enjoyed it.

Our room was super hot we had to sleep with windows open in November. Toilet and bathroom were separate, and there was no tap to wash your hands in the toilet room. So you had to get our of toilet and go to bathroom to wash your hands...

- Quiet place to sleep - directly next to terminal stop of the bus line to my event (FOSDEM)

- 20Eur for a breakfast sounds quite much to me, although I didn't look at it

The room was lovely and quiet.

There is a street around the corner where one might feel uncomfortable walking in alone at night, but it's very easy to avoid without too much of a detour (and the street besides that is safer: large and busy),

The room was absolutely wonderful ! We spent 3 hours in the swimming pool and sauna. Lovely

As the restaurant was not very attractive (too modern or looking a bit like a cafeteria) we ate outside. The water in the swimming pool was slightly too cold (in the lower pool), but it was perhaps due to the fact that it was -10° outside and therefore hard to warm the water. But the rest was so "impeccable"

Room was spacious well set out and modern. Very central. Decent gym and lovely spa/pool.

The breakfast was abysmal for a 4 to 5* hotel. Not freshly prepared, service non existent and minimal choice. Suggest that they do more with less.

The decor in the bar has changed from been of charchter to being basic and modern like every other hotel group. The seating in the foyer was confortable and inviting now its for a 5 min stay. It is not friendly and inviting any more.

Very friendly staff. Lovely presented hotel and rooms. Location was perfect for the Christmas markets.

I loved the design and cleanliness of the room, as well as the fitness centre which was good for a hotel.

I found 20 euros for the breakfast too expensive and I didn't like that the free wi-fi was available only in the lobby, while for the rooms it cost 4,5 euro per hour.

Well furnished room/bathroom. Good location. Professional friendly staff.

Charged internet (both cable and Wifi) had poor bandwidth, so problems with speed and connection. Double-glazing poorly installed - did not suppress street noise at night - probable lack of insulation material between the frame and aperture in construction. Long queues and wait times for breakfast due to seating capacity (breakfast is at least €20.00 each if not included in room rate). Also experienced long queues and wait times for check out.
