The staff was very friendly. Very close to the center as well The shower is a built in shower (normally used on ships) and was not what I expected (didn´t work neither) |

The location is great. We also enjoyed sauna and jacuzzi which are included in the price. Breakfast was fantastic! it's not a big deal, but on the booking it was said that we gonna receive a room with LCD screen, but it was an old tv :) |

Great location, big rooms, comfortable bed, tea/coffee in the room Service could be better. Staff left from the previous guests in the minibar, maid ignoring "do not disturb" sign etc. I've stayed at that hotel a few times, however this was the first time I had such problems. |

the location was ideal for exploring the city. breakfast at the weekend was shambolic. Juices were not replaced nor were other food items that had run out well before the finish time. during the week this did improve which indicates the staff were not able to cope with the busy service. The swimming pool was disappointing as the temperature was too cold to enjoy. |

Comfortable rooms, excellent location, very good breakfast. We were robbed in the lobby while checking in. This left a bad memory of the hotel. The receptionist's first comment was: you need to look after your belongings. Not the kind of reaction one welcomes when something like that has happened. |

Nice reception; good to be able to use Internet at downstairs corner; spacious rooms. Breakfast is mediocre, and costing 18€ is clearly not value for money. |

As always, the spacious, clean and conformtable rooms. The fact that, contrary to what I was informed at the reception desk upon arrival, the bill came with the breakfast included item and respective price, something I expressly asked not to happen. |

The hotel is very conveniently located and can easily be accessed by metro. The furniture and bath rooms are quite new and very appropriate. The breakfast buffet is excellent. In general, this hotel can be recommended. However, the hotel is not cheap. There is a nearby IBIS hotel. |

great location by an old tower close to the centre, very good ratio quality and location vs. price, nice breakfast We asked for a room with a nice view and had just a view into the public parking building, there was a huge amount detergent once in a breakfast milk drink, absolutely undrinkable |
