Friendly staff, nicely decorated, clean room. Excellent housekeeping service. Excellent location. The room was heated with a/c, it was loud and especially the bathroom and toilet were cold.

The decor in the bar has changed from been of charchter to being basic and modern like every other hotel group. The seating in the foyer was confortable and inviting now its for a 5 min stay. It is not friendly and inviting any more.

This hotel is within walking distance of the main train station, through the Grand Place which is beautiful. Proximity to centre is key to this hotel. Smell of sewerage coming up from the sink in the bathroom was noticed on occasion. Very limited tea's, coffees and towels. Asked at reception for these to be replenished, and while we were promised it would be done, it wasnt! Quite expensive for what you get, but rooms were really nice, beds extremely comfortable and staff were pleasant and courteous. Breakfast not included in our rate and we did not eat in the hotel so can not comment on that.

Very well situated, excellent view of the carrousel and christmas market of St catherines from the hallway and room on 7th floor. Long but enjoyable walk from Central Station. Excellent restaurants in the area. I experienced problems with the water at the hotel. On my first morning there was no warm water in the hotel. I was offered a heart felt apology but no other form of reimbursment. I also felt the water in the jacuzzi was on the cool side. Only really enjoyable after being in the steam cabin.

I loved the design and cleanliness of the room, as well as the fitness centre which was good for a hotel. I found 20 euros for the breakfast too expensive and I didn't like that the free wi-fi was available only in the lobby, while for the rooms it cost 4,5 euro per hour.

Well furnished room/bathroom. Good location. Professional friendly staff. Charged internet (both cable and Wifi) had poor bandwidth, so problems with speed and connection. Double-glazing poorly installed - did not suppress street noise at night - probable lack of insulation material between the frame and aperture in construction. Long queues and wait times for breakfast due to seating capacity (breakfast is at least €20.00 each if not included in room rate). Also experienced long queues and wait times for check out.

Room was very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. I find it disgraceful having to pay to use the internet. I had to pay 20 euros extra to have breakfast (room was 149 euros). What can you possibly eat for that amount of money at breakfast?

We had a good time with our baby. Baby cot, baby seat and they have bottle warmer downstairs. The pool is not for swimming long distances but it's great for families with children. We liked swimming with our baby. Clean. Friendly. Tea maker in the room and the pool was the reason we chose this hotel. And we enjoyed it. Our room was super hot we had to sleep with windows open in November. Toilet and bathroom were separate, and there was no tap to wash your hands in the toilet room. So you had to get our of toilet and go to bathroom to wash your hands...

First of all, the price was reasonable - at least for such an expensive city. Room was relatively big and clean. An internet connection worked properly and I was able to use a printer. I liked the breakfast - very diverse, not that sweet "continental" sort served often in Belgium. Staff friendly, spoke good English. Location was important for me as well - the metro line to Schuman is just around the corner, and there is plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. The gym seems to be nice, but I haven't used it. I found it bizarre that the bathroom was separated from the toiler (another gray, small, claustrophobic cubicle - it reminds me a Cube movie). According to modern trends, a shower is above the floor level, so when one is taking the bath, water is splashing happily around, flooding one's shoes.

The hotel room is so clean with good and relaxing color coordination, and has more than enough space for a couple. It is furnished with a kettle, a mini bar, and some necessary amenity goods. The staffs are friendly. In addition, it is located the other side of the Brussels Central Station, regarding the Grand Place. The hotel is within 5~10 min walk from the GP. This location will guarantee the guests much better tranquility than staying at the hotels around the GP. In common to nicer hotels, this hotel offers a bit expensive breakfast and the charged internet connection.
