Clean, wonderful shower, convenient parking and close to family we were visiting. Comfortable room, drinks/snacks available at all hours. Breakfast was good range of food and deklicious Breakfast was expensive

double bed was a king size. bathroom was very small, somewhat cramped, but ok and it was clean. there was a bag of trash left in the room on the shelves.

The location is excellant, and we stay here often, This time we were on the ground floor and the room was not as nice as the first floor. If we book again we will request the first floor. As above- Poor designed room and not as nice as the first floor.

We got exactly what to expect: simple but good value for money. The service was good, people friendly. The room has all the basics you need. It is ideally located to visit Waterloo and battle field. It is easy to walk to the center where there are a few little resturants with ambience. The hotel is at 15 min of station where you can get a train to Brussels. The scrambled egges were dried. Would be nice to get freshly cooked eggs otherwise the bkfst spread is great.

Le prix des chambres, le petit déjeuner, le confort, le parking gratuit... Insonorisation. Il y avait peut de bruit dehors et heureusement car on entendait légèrement les bruits de l'extérieur...

Hôtel très confortable, plutôt bien situé même si la voiture semble indispensable. A 5km du hameau du lion, proche de plusieurs restaurants. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une nuit. 14€ le petit déjeuner ? à ce prix mieux vaut acheter une bonne boite de cookies!

L'emplacement Très petite chambre.Premier soir,climatisation en panne(selon politique IBIS,si pas résolu dans les 15 mn.nuit gratuite)....j'ai été quand même facturé 105 euros ????Pas d'armoire pour vêtements,pas de savon....1 thé:2,75 euros!!!

L'emplacement Le motel a affiché 69 euros la chambre pendant 6 jours..j'ai été facturé 4 jrs à 69 euros et 2 jours à 89 euros....je veux un remboursement de 40 euros... Aussi une voiture belge a abimé ma voiture de location et s,est enfui....800 Euros sur ma facture!!!!

Le calme , la propreté et la luminosité de la chambre, la literie très confortable , et l'accueil . Le distributeur de savon dans la douche était cassé , il manque un écouvillon a coté de la toilette , et aussi il n'y a pas des petites tasses pour expresso a coté de la machine a café
