Ibis Hotel Waterloo Centre

It was a poor experience. My room , #202 was at the beginning of a corridor the access door to which was beside the door of my room. From midnight until aorond 3:00am there was cionstant banging of the door and lound and sometimes shouting voices on the corridor. The banging resumed again around 6:00am. I was told that there was a large party staying at the hotel and their (drunken?)revelery was the caus o the noise. I had about two hours sleep at most.

Leaving aside the apparently exceptional noise on the night I stayed at the hotel some better solution should be found for accessing the bedrooms corridors that would be less noisy.

It's about 1km+ walk from the Waterloo train station, which was quite ok. There are some nearby eateries, and Carrefour for groceries.

The room felt a little stuffy.

The beds where not the best

The price was right, the room was clean and basic, and everyone was friendly.

We asked for a room with two beds so they switched our room to a new one. Someone forgot to put it into the computer, so they accidentally issued a key to someone else for our rooms.

Bad smell of some organic solvent in the corridor and partly in the room as well during whole stay. Very noisy heating in the room.

Proximity to town centre and supermarket right next door. Family rooms were basis but very spacious

De prijs kwaliteit staat totaal niet in verhouding, een budget hotel voor een 4 sterren prijs. Minder professioneel personeel, zeer kleine kamer, ongezellig en redelijk ontbijt. Niet heel slecht maar vanuit de prijs verwacht je gewoon meer.

J'aurais aimé avoir des explications, conservant l'utilisation de la carte pour allumer les luminaires, à la remise du passe. Le personnel nous a très gentiment expliquer après.

la ciudad de waterloo es muy bonita y la zona tiene mucha historia para ver.

la comodidad de la cama no me ha gustado, no era comoda y por la mañana se levanta uno con mal cuerpo.

Da vi kom til hotellet fortalte man os, at de ikke havde modtaget en reservation, men de havde et enkelt værelse tilbage som vi blev tilbudt til samme pris, kan det passe ?
