the location is very convenient I paid for a room for 3 people, but on arrival it turned out to be a 2 persons room with a stretcher-bed, which was rather uncomfortable. Whereas I expected a 3 boxspring, or at least a proper 3rd bed. For 2 people the room would be very nice, but in our case it was not very good. |

Everything was just excellent during our stay. Espacially location. It is in the very heart of the city within walking distance to The Grand Place and Royal Palace. The hotel is just surraunded by different shops and restaurants so you can easily find exactly what you need. The staff was terrific. They were ready to help in any moment of day and night. The buffet breakfast was rather poor and fatty, apart from the price. |

Close to Grand Place, The room is Ok The towels had a strange smell. They seemed not be clean. Breakfast buffet was cold and very average. Service for breakfast was poor. Very much self service. |

Central location, comfortable and clean room, good buffet breakfast. Make sure breakfast is included as part of your booking as it costs 21 euros otherwise. Booked a triple room which was quite clearly not made up correctly on arrival (2 sets of towels, 2 glasses, 2 mugs). Thought they should have got that right given it stated clearly on the booking it was a 'room for 3 persons'. |

The hotel was modern, clean and very conveniently situated for visiting the sights of Brussels. The room had a view of the square below and was adequately sound proofed. The reception staff did not make us feel welcome, could not find our booking and although we had booked a room with breakfast included in advance we were told it was not included and that we would have to pay if we ate breakfast. |

Very cloth to the Grand Place. Easy to go sight seeing. The attitude of a receptionist was cold and work slowly sometimes got on my nerves. |

the location was excellent,the staff at the check-in were very helpfull,we enjoyed our stay very much. One of the waiting staff was quite rude. I put that down to his age,lack of experience and lack of manners. |

Polite and helpful staff; everything ok in general. Breakfast included was a plus. Separate toilet/bathroom in the room is a bit strange, but not really a problem. |

Staff were really helpful, the hotel was lovely, location was perfect The computers with internet are far too expensive. There should be free internet for guests. It would be great if there were some vegetarian sausages at breakfast for those who don't eat pork and the scrambled egg was like a strange yellow mousse, maybe it wasn't cooked long enough or something but the consistency was horrid. Everything else was great. |
