Novotel Brussels Off Grand Place  

Il divano letto era provvisto di una coperta troppo leggera, consiglierei di utilizzare un piumone.

Albergo molto carino, posizione ottima al centro della città e vicinanza con la stazione e la metropolitana. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ottima. Da consigliare!

La posizione per potere visitare la città, la pulizia.

Non è proprio un'aspetto negativo se vogliamo, a mio modo di vedere chiedere 23 euro a persona per la colazione continetale mi sembrano un pò esagerati. Poi per la classica caffè cornetto mamellata 9 euro sempre a persona anche lì giudicate voi, comunque come ho detto ottimo per tutto il resto

Great location. Minutes from Central station (hardly get wet if it's raining!) and Grande Place. I had what seemed like a newly refurbished room which was very nice, including the bathroom - very modern.

The mattress was one of those modern type that is basically a solid block of foam - not interior sprung. Too firm for me (tho some may like it). Coupled with very soft pillows (again something I personally dislike) meant for not a great night's sleep. Maybe I'm fussy, but other hotels I stay in are much better in that aspect.

Very central to everywhere, clean comfortable and fair price

I did not like the paper cups in the room and they were very stingey with the coffee/tea supplies only 2 sachets of coffee, we had a drink when we arrived, would like one before bed and one in the morning, not enough and paper cups, please how cheap and nasty, very disapointed.

Design

Great location! Parking garage next door (be careful if the steps are wet!) is very convenient; great restaurants nearby, as well as shopping and sightseeing.

Room 507 is the pits! The carpet and towels felt like sandpaper and the shower was the worst set up I've ever experienced. The shower head has very weak pressure, and the water falls within 12" from the wall and cannot be adjusted - it can only be held in your hand in order to be moved around but this is less than ideal. This room was extremely overpriced and not a good value at all. Our friends in room 320 had a much better experience. I do not recommend room 507. Shame on the Novotel for charging so much $$.

I loved the location, within walking distance from great sights and food. It was also family friendly, with an in-room sofa bed that catered for the whole family.

The room we stayed in was very good. Good size,excellent seperate bathroom. Great Location and we both liked the computers in the reception area.

Location and politness

Just 3 min walk to central station and grand place. Amazing locality. Market opens until midnight for food and all. Lively place.

Carpet was old hence floor was hard.

Very well located and in spite of that without noise from the nearby streets. Room very confortable and clean, staff kind and helpful especially at the desk. This is the hotel I (and family) shall book in an eventual next visit to Brussels.

Breakfast in the hotel is quite expensive. We would suggest that the hotel might offer too the possibility to have a more lighter and therefore less expensive option involving only the basic breakfast (E.G., coffe/tea/chocolate plus a roll of bread).
