Excellent rooms, very clean and comfortable. Food was good! Great location near where the battles took place. My tour group was very happy with the rooms! Hard to get into the parking garage at night as it was shut down. Also was difficult to get into the hotel at that time. Had to enter through reception. Hotel is hard to find. |

Situated about 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of the little village; huge hotel with many rooms and facilities for families. Bed and bathroom in very good conditions. Very good breakfast. Parking. Floor dirty under the bed; queue at the checkout and pos broken. We had to pay cash only for 1 night, so no issues, but what about those who had to pay for the whole 1 or 2 week holiday? |

The hotel is in an excellent location. They have bike washes available and secure lockups for your bicycles. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and fortunately some of them also speak very good English. No Wi-Fi in your rooms you have to go to the bar to access the Wi-Fi. Paying for use of the swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. |

The pool and pool facilities were excellent. The hotel staff was the rudest, most customer-unfriendly I've encountered in Europe. The staff was not helpful and some refused to speak English. 2 very small towels and 2 plastic cups were available in the room when we arrived. When asked for extra towels and plastic cups they became angry and almost hostile. |

Goede ligging voor wandelingen en uitstappen, Mooi zwembad met goede faciliteiten. Vriendelijke receptie Voor ons was dit hotel te groot en liepen we in het begin makkelijk verloren. Ik vond dat sommige dingen niet duidelijk aangegeven waren zoals bijvoorbeeld hoe in het zwembad te geraken - kleine irritaties maar die toch wel doorwegen. |

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en de kamers waren proper en zeer goede bedden. De faciliteiten waren ook goed, oa mooi zwembad en aangename bar Het eten was niet altijd naar behoren, maar na indienen van klacht heeft men wel een oplossing gezocht |

Prachtige ligging. Vanuit het hotel zijn direct mooie wandelingen in de natuur te maken. Kamers waren verre van schoon. Personeel was verre van vriendelijk. Als hotelgast moet je ook betalen voor gebruik van het zwembad (badmuts verplicht!) Zeer beperkte openingstijden van het zwembad. |

Zonnig groot balkon met zitje was zeer fijn. Kamer had uitzicht over bossen en de beek stroomde ervoor. Kamer zeer groot. Afspuitplaats voor fietsen was zeer handig! Dronken en schreeuwende Nederlanders over de gang midden in de nacht. Erg kleine badkamer. Doorzakkende bedden en boxspring. We hebben de 2e nacht de matrassen op de grond gelegd. |

Aparte af te sluiten fietsenstallingen. Fijne kamer en fantastische omgeving om te sporten. Kamer was absoluut niet gestofzuigd. Men wil niet de pinda schillen en allerlei troepjes van de vorige gasten vinden. Mijn vriend heeft de vorige dag zelf de stofzuiger gevraagd. De dame zei dat er nog niet gestofzuigd hoefde te worden, omdat we de volgende dag pas weg zouden gaan. Lijkt me normaal dat iemand kijkt of het gewoon nodig is! Ook de trappen waren extreem stoffig. Het ontbijt buffet is niet echt de moeite waard. |

goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding Avondeten werd voor alle gasten samen opgediend om 19u - geen andere mogelijkheden om evt. op een ander tijdstip te eten. Dit werd niet vermeld op de website - vermits we later aankwamen hebben we dus geen eten kunnen krijgen, tenzij een snack van de bar (ook slechts tot 21u30 werd ons gezegd).... |

Het duplex-appartement was erg mooi en ruim: twee mooie grote badkamers, een leuk salon, de kookhoek met materiaal was erg praktisch, terras met aanliggend grasveld,... En dit alles voor een heel voordelige prijs! Ook de rustige en natuurlijke omgeving is een pluspunt, net als de grote parkeergelegenheid. Veel recreatiemogelijkheden, vriendelijk tweetalig personeel. Geen beschikking over draadloos internet in de kamer. |

prima kamer met balkon, rustige omgeving ondanks de volle bezetting. Harde, drukke muziek zowel buiten op terras als in eetzaal. Tevens zou een herhaling van de toerijborden handig zijn;mn bij het grote busstation, nu ga je twijfelen of je nog wel de juiste kant op gaat. |
