The reception staff are very cordial and helpful and so are the staff who prepare the morning breakfast facility. We could also state that the cleaning staff do their job well.

We were well received on arrival and our room was ready and spacious. The bathroom was spotless and large and the room surprisingly quiet at night. Very adequate breakfast.

The hotel located near Grand Place which is perfect for us to go there and walk around the city. The elevator is really bad. It sticks several times. The heater also doesn't really work.

The location was perfect for moving around Brussels. Sights and train stations. The very big down side - for us - was no room refreshment facilities. Being able to make a drink is important for us.

The location is really convenient. When I arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't properly cleaned. Blankets and bathroom towels were stained and the carpet was really dirty (I wouldn't be surprised to find out the carpet is older than me). The bathroom is really small, so the shower curtains will keep sticking on your skin while you're taking a bath. Maybe you can get a better deal in Brussels by paying the same price (which is far from being cheap in comparison to what you get), but I haven't been to Brussels a lot and couldn't really tell. The room is really noisy because the hotel is located in a central area in Brussels. You're asked to pay for the whole reservation before going up to your room (and you can't pay it on a daily basis), so keep in mind to check it out before paying for it. I definitely would not stay in this hotel again.

Very good location in Central Brussels, Close to Central Station. Free WiFi which is fast and reliable. Breakfast is limited in variety and they didn't restock the food on the weekend, so there was nothing to eat except bread without a toaster and some yoghurt. The night hotel staff member was rude, they don't let you keep your key when you leave the hotel, and they lock the door to the hotel so you have to wait in the cold for them to come and open the door for you at night.

A proper inovice is not provided but just a receipt, with no VAT details nor invoice number, so if you are on bussiness then might have troubles to get reimbursed. Look carefully to that!

The location is fantastic if you plan to go out at night, the place is surrounded with restaruants and bars and its only few meters from Gran Place. Since it is located in the center, it can be a bit noisy when trying to sleep.

The bathroom was rather new and very clean. Location was very central. The room was very tired. I had a single room and the bed was tiny and the linen clean but shabby, The room was not very spacious but I guess for the price you can't expect much more. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. It's on a busy street and I guess the room facing the front of the building must be quite noisy. Mine was at the back so it was actually fine.

Central location, close to metro and in lively area, friendly staff, good breakfast. Single room was clean and quite spacious (compared to double or triples). It's noisy! Thin walls so both outside noise from the street as from other guests inside the hotel. I arrived late and left early but still it bothered me.

Room was small but very clean and well organized. Excellent wifi connection. Great location, just steps from the main square. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet at night This is an older hotel with a tiny elevator and dim lighting. Needs an upgrade, but that would result in higher prices, and this hotel did provide us with real value
