Close to the central train station and the breakfast was free. Good for one night stay. Right above a busy street with lots of noise, although breakfast was free it was not very good. Hotel was a little trashy, but it was clean but I would not like staying there for more than one or two nights

Location is good. Services is very very very bad. Booking should remove this hotel fro; your listing The staff was very naughty, especially the person working in the night. The hotel door close satrting from 10 and you should ring so that the person in the reception open for you, the night staff was very arrogant and unhappy to open for me the door when I returned back late in the night. And one time he was shouting at me without any reason but he calmed down when I told him that there is no reason to agress me because I returned late and if he will not stop I will call the police. The comfort of the room was very very poor, the bed was moving when I use it and was not stable, no way to take a rest in the room, the heater dosent work properly, the water in the shower is with a very slow flow and in main times (for example in the morning) it can be cold. The Tv is too small, no intersting channels. The breakfast is very poor, I can understand why it is included in the price, coz even for free u dont want to eat it!!!!

The hotel has an excellent location near restaurants, bars, cafes and metro. Breakfast was included and was plentiful. The reason for poor comfort was the street construction works outside my room. They started very early in the morning, so I did not get much sleep. Of course this is a condition that the hotel cannot do anything about, But if possible, they should have offered me a room not facing that street.

The hotel fulfils three important criteria: location, price and WiFi. Breakfast room was too small. A school group in the hotel occupied all tables, breakfast had to be taken standing up. Roadworks outside the hotel ensured quiet nights, but loud work started every day before 7am.

The location was perfect for moving around Brussels. Sights and train stations. The very big down side - for us - was no room refreshment facilities. Being able to make a drink is important for us.

Room was small but very clean and well organized. Excellent wifi connection. Great location, just steps from the main square. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet at night This is an older hotel with a tiny elevator and dim lighting. Needs an upgrade, but that would result in higher prices, and this hotel did provide us with real value

The location is near to the centraal area with the main Grand Place just a stone throw away. The receptionist is helpful & friendly allowing me to borrow a charger for my cellphone. However the area is having some renovation work so it can be quite noisy. The place can be quite noisy with the renovation on the street below..
