Location is the only reason for choosing this hotel.
Without soundproofing to neighbors (including the bathroom) - you will have the feeling you share the room with them! Any vibration / movement in the next room will be felt in your room! Without soundproofing to the outside - you'll hear all the songs and shouts of the drunkards outside! Minimal breakfast . Unjustified price for the services (149 euro/night).
- twin beds instead of double bed (specificed on booking reservation and written note) - old carpet - poor breakfast - 130E for a room worth 60E
Central to nearly everything, lots of restaurants and bars.
The only good thing about this hotel is the central location, ie. very near the Grande Place and restaurants.
The shabby carpet, the smelly odour from the drains in the bathroom and the breakfast was very average. All in all it was not good value for what we paid.
Located at the very center of the city Though the building is old, there is a lift At least 3 power sockets (1 of them near the bed) There is a safe Heating system is good There are TV and receiver in the room Furniture is relatively new
The room is small - almost impossible to get to the far side of the room without stepping over the bed (though bathroom is spacious) View on the nearby roofs The doors of the lift wouldn't open on the first floor unless you push them with your hands Wardrobe is small

breakfast room too small
Location is excellent. Right in the middle of old town. The room was nice and the bathroom clean with a good shower. Breakfast was ok. The noise was not an issue once all the windows were shut.
The wifi did not work in the rooms at any stage from the time we arrived till the time we left. Staff just said it was broken and that it would be fixed just after we left, coincidence. Wifi worked fine in reception though so reception was always full of people using wifi. Staff did not mention this on check in and the way it was dealt with i don't believe it would be fixed anytime soon. Really put a dampener on an otherwise good hotel.
very kind and location was quite good.(near central)
room was not clean and very small.
The location of the hotel is amazing! It is located directly at the city center. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, souvenir gift shops and entertainment facilities nearby. The hotel is clean, the room isn't small at all. The breakfast is pretty nice.
Good location, polite staff, clean
Single glazed window letting lots of noise into room until early hours Mattress worn and very soft not giving enough support.
the location, the staff, cleanliness, breakfast...everything
the noises at night - not just from the street but especially from the people talking loudly at night - the walls are very thin!
Close to the center and the subway station, nice guys working at the front desk
Breakfast is very low quality. Loud street, which was by the window did not allow for good sleep. Linens, pillows also very uncomfortable, the room was the size of pencil-box
The location is excellent, right near Delirium Cafe and a few blocks via pedestrian streets to Grand Place. I had no problems with the cleanliness, facilities, etc. But there were nothing to write home about either.
There was a lot of street noise, a drawback of the location. But the hotel windows don't block the noise well. Also the cleaning staff play music in the morning and the walls are so thin they might as well put a speaker in your room. The breakfast was poor. The orange juice tasted like Tang, a few kinds of bread, and bitter, burnt coffee. When I added an extra night the price was 79€ and this hotel is simply not worth that even with the great location.
Excellent location, no need to use transport to visit the main hotspots in Brussels and comfortable
Bathroom, no tea making facilities
The room was clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in the city centre, just few steps from the Grande Place and the metro station. Breakfast was ok with a good choice of things (bread, jam, coffee, milk, cereals, eggs, salami and cheese). More than enough for a two stars hotel!! Staff is nice and helpful.
Triple room was a bit small and unfortunately it faced right on the street. It was too hot to keep the window closed so we heard big noise from outside during the night and until early morning.
wifi, cleaningness, location, price
location, breakfast included, price,
The receptionist is very warm and friendly, provides route suggestion
The separation of dry and wet toilet is particularly poor
The price point and location.
Wifi was spotty. Bathroom shower does not have glass doors.
Staff was very good Location excellent Bathroom was big and beautiful
Wifi broke but may be this was incidental They should improve beddings and then it would be really good choice
