Nice, modern and spacious appartment. Free wifi and very good service.

- Good location - new apartments with pleasant design and furniture - nice place for large group of friends

- No heating and hot water (when we accommodated here for 1 night, some technical problems happened with heating system...it was really cold night for us - sleeping in clothers...) To be honest it was just a staff carelessness, who didn`t prepaire apartment properly before our check-in... In general they lost keys from boiler room). By the way, we stayed there 28 Feb. - no compensation for such inconvience till today (although owner pronised us to return oart of the amount) - very steep and narrow stairs (quite difficult to ascend a staircase with luggage) - no any kettle or pans in the kitchen (concering to large apartment for 8 PAX)

The location is nice in the centre of Brussels

The appartment was not clean, the hot water supply did not work (since there is no service desk we had to fix it ourselves), too expensive for what you get. If you want to stay in the city centre better take a (proper) hotel or another appartement.

The appartment was new

Staff not speak English. Apartman on 4th floor and no elevator! Stairway is too small and entry is like a fox hole.

The room was no cleaning when we check in, courtain was broken, rubbish empty of alcoholic drinks, tobacco... Too noisy , no coffe machine, no toaster. Light broken, clothe bed dirty with hairs This is apartment n-6

shops apartment was very nice and well equipped. near to grande place A lot of shops was near an D we pass 3 nice days.

reception services, due to small amount of apartments you need to communicate by mobile in order to found some one . as sample I try to communicate last night for my departure early in the morning and where I will put the key of the department but I dasnot receive any answer

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. The Grand Palace, and everything else, was in a walking distance. We were there with 6 persons. And we had a 4 persons appartment and two studios that were upstairs (the description of booking.com was a little confusing, because it said a 8 persons studio..). The apartment was very big and all equipment was there. There were even towels available. Concerning Bruxelles. They have a different way of going out. It is more sitting in a bar and talking. A nice location is st. Goriksplein and Jules de Praetstraat. Clubs are further away. I would recommend the apartment. Certainly for that price.

They did not have any wine glasses in the apartment.There were many stairs and no elevator.

The hassle of trying to get in contact with members of staff to get into building

There was no lift, no emergency exit and the stairs were to narrow. It was very close to Grand Place but at night the noise was so loud that it was impossible to sleep!!! I do not recommend! The staff don't speak english and it is very dificult to communicate with them. When we have a problem in the apartment, I tried to call staff but he didn't understand me and ignored my calls. Worse than that, the sheets were not changed between the latest guest and us.

Bottom line was that we had a 2nd reservation a few days later, but we chose to lose the 120 euro and booked another please, need I say more!!!!!!! What was bad, a bed that had not been changed, and was very saggy, towels that were musty and had probably been just hung up to dry after that last guest. No ac did not work, curtains that did not close and its south facing so gets the sun, noisy drunks outside until 3 am. Only 1 way out of the apartment- what if there was a fire? Unless you count the central well with a 60 foot drop with nothing to climb down.

Inside apartment is freshly renovated. Close to Grand Platz, but too close.

Building was an active construction site in that ground floor and other apartments were being renovated fully during daytime, front door to buidling was temporary and covered in graffitti along with entire front of building, building located next to a Chinese resturant and strong stinkly smells coming into the rooms (could not open back windows), very busy street and alot of noise from drunken people at night (did not always feel safe on street), room clean but towels were new and not washed so lint fibers were all over us after use. The apartment was more expensive than others I saw in locations around Grand Platz which were better cared for. Not value for money & would not stay with Orange Cannelle again or Seven Hills Realestate.

You are steps off of the Grand Plaz!! Secure door to apartment. Excellent laundry facilities on site. Even though we did not use it, there was a nice sized kitchen.

The location of the apartment, just off of the Grand Place, is superb. It made it extremely easy to see the sights of downtown Brussels. The place is not large, but it certainly fit the five of us without any problems. We thought it was great!

The sounds of late night revelers was mildly disruptive, but vehicle traffic on the road would have been much worse. Overall, this is a very minor complaint and should be expected to be much worse in any city setting.

Its like having your own appt with all the advantages right in the center of the brussels. Fully functional modern kitchen and bathroom fast broadband, satellite tv,

They dont have a washing machine. So for those of you who want to stay for a week like I did then it will be a problem. The pillows are overused and horrible, the matress is deteriorated. And they were doing some work in the common area (fixing the elevator) which made me wake early in the morning... But I guess a month from now you wont be complaining from that cause its done lol but nothing serious...

Très bonne situation Duplex pour 8 personnes, Très propre et joli. Bières dans le frigo à notre arrivée

Absence de rideaux et de volets dans 2 chambres sur 3, incompréhensible. Prix un peu cher.

L'emplacement

Hotel tres bien situé, en plein centre ville. 3 grandes chambres + grande salle de bain = TOP

Pas de rideaux dans les chambres = mal dormi et reveillé tot.

Sehr hübsche Appartments, ansprechend eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Hanna vermietet 15 Appartments in 4 Häusern rund um den Grand Place. Hanna kümmert sich sehr rührig um Ihre Gäste und ist jederzeit Ansprechpar, wenn ein Problem vorliegen sollte, oder man auch nur einfach einen Tipp braucht, wo man gut Essen kann.

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement de l'établissement et sa taille.

Il y a quelques problèmes dans l'agencement et quelques défauts de finition

Wir bekamen bei Akunft ein viel größeres Apartment als gebucht angeboten, bei gleichem Preis. Das haben wir gerne angenommen.

Das gößere Apartment war 200m entfernt.

Manque de draps et d'oreiller Manque d'équipements pour que l'appart soit vraiment bien (par ex. cafetière / grille pains / torchons)

Magnifiques appartements, très bien meublés et très propres .Situés en plein centre ville à quelques pas de la Grand Place. Personnel très aimable. Il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour.
